  • What really goes on behind the glass window at Discount Tire. A lot actually.
    We setup cameras to capture the start to finish process of mounting 5 tires.
    This is the first Jeep in the Unites States with the Stealth Hartes Metal directional off-road wheel and a Patagonia M/T tire combination.
    The HARTES METAL Stealth directional design has been a revelation and while people have tried to imitate our design, you simply cannot improve on it.
    Light 20" Wheel
    A modern feature applied to most, if not all, off road wheels which maximizes the wheel's efficiency holistically. Pockets milled to the back pad and spoke of a wheel are known as weight reduction pockets with the sole purpose of removing any unnecessary weight on the wheel. This feature offers a win-win situation for customers as only dead weight is removed, strength is unaffected, and overall performance is improved.
    Center wheel cap
    3D printing technology, which allows us to design a cap this complex by its structure, yet elegant when fitted on any wheels.
    A multiple-piece cap design with the 3D “H” logo half alloy half ABS, which could be custom painted. HARTES METAL offers 3 factory finishes
    Model - Stealth
    Gloss Black Machined Edge Milled Spokes and Dimples
    YSM-751
    Specs of the wheels shown in the video
    20x10" / ET -18 / PCD 5x127 / CB 87.1
    Back Spacing of 4.75"
    Max Load 2500lbs

      Someone who started in a new shop can agree they only look that clean the first week. And the tape on the jacks, the stock isn't even almost full. I can go on but I will stop there.

    Every time I go to Discount Tires they give me the same bait and switch.... "I'm looking at my inventory and I don't have those tires in stock, but I do have similar brand in stock".

    • @jeromebarker5782
      @jeromebarker5782 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Most of the time it’s because they actually don’t have that tire in stock.. :/ lol. They’re always going to try to sell you what they have before they bring in more tires. They could always order it for you though. Never any bad intentions tho. Coming from someone who worked there for 2 years.

    Milestar Patagonia is making a big splash with TH-camrs in Offroad tires. Look forward to an update on tire wear.
    Surprised you went with 20” wheels. They look great but you have less rubber to crawl over stuff.

    • @JeepsRoc
      @JeepsRoc  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wear so far has be consistent. Less rubber yes but we have climbed and climbed some more with 20's. Surprisingly well. The Hartes Wheels have been developed for off-road not just for looks.
