I have the Procor EFX5.19. I can adjust the resistance but I do not have the ability to adjust the ramp. I went between 12 and 18 for resistance. 12 for recovery, 17 or 18 for the interval challenge. When I went up to 17 or 18 I could not keep a steady pace because it was very challenging to go around, I felt like I was in slow motion. Am I doing something wrong? I am in pretty good shape and work out everyday. I definitely got a good work out but want to make sure I am doin this right.

Holy crap, my heart felt like it was gonna burst near the end, but I did it! I'm excited to do this more! Gonna get below 200 this year!
