    Holy crap, my heart felt like it was gonna burst near the end, but I did it! I'm excited to do this more! Gonna get below 200 this year!

    Good morning!! I am excited to have you on TH-cam!! I just completed your elliptical workout and I tell you I am sweating and feel the burn!! Thank you 200 calories burned in 20 minutes!! Thank you so much!! This will be my daily cardio routine!! Bless you!!

    This is fantastic, thank you so much!!! Definitely helps the elliptical workouts feel more interesting. That 20-min workout flew by in no time, plus I got a much better workout with this than I normally do in a 30-min one by myself! Thank you!! 😁💪🙌

    This is another one of my favorite workouts. I’ve worked out on an elliptical before, but never like this. Challenging, yet satisfying

    Donovan great work out got my elliptical last week and its ok ,but your workout is bloody fantastic

    I have the Procor EFX5.19. I can adjust the resistance but I do not have the ability to adjust the ramp. I went between 12 and 18 for resistance. 12 for recovery, 17 or 18 for the interval challenge. When I went up to 17 or 18 I could not keep a steady pace because it was very challenging to go around, I felt like I was in slow motion. Am I doing something wrong? I am in pretty good shape and work out everyday. I definitely got a good work out but want to make sure I am doin this right.

    this was hard , only managed 15 minutes
