    I just made these today and they were amazing! The recipe doubled pretty well and the instructions and the process were pretty straightforward. The only thing I would do different is to add a little vanilla to the cream. Great recipe!

      What do you mean by soft flour (which was used in custard), is it plain flour?

    I just made these and they're DELICIOUS!!! I would however, add a generous amount of vanilla paste and make the custard and the cream before you make the puffs, because the custard will take a long time to cool.

      does the custard like dry out ? I've tried making custard buns before and if yk what they are the custard is usually dry and like a jello ish consistency, is it the same.for this recipe?

      just saw where they added whipping cream, it makes the custard become light and fluffy

      @@kubhawj3219 if you apply cling film directly onto the custard and put it in the fridge, it won't form a film. I spread mine out on a plate and let it sit in the fridge for about 25 mins and it was cool without being like gelatin.

    I tried this recipe yesterday and it turned out well! Instead of adding 55gr of sugar in the custard cream, I added 1 tsp of vanilla and only add 45gr of sugar (because i don't like extremely sweet sweets!)
    Tasted amazing!!!

    I made this around midnight because i was heartbroken and thought that this would cheer me up. Ended up finished making everything at 4 am and regretted it. but it was super delicious, even when the filling was too loose

      Is the oven temperature in celsius or Fahrenheit? I cant tell
      Edit: I just made them and adjusted the temperature to Fahrenheit, 395, 374, and 320

      @@mspotatohead6705 You can learn to bake it's nothing difficult. You just follow EVERYTHING on recipe. Exactly as it's done there , use same proportions and ingredients (kitchen scale), bake for as long as on vid. You can't mess it up, I'm sure there are easier recipes than that

    몇 달 전에 첨으로 다른 영상 보고 슈 도전했는데 반죽을 섞는 것부터 망해서 슈 다시는 안 해야지 했는데 다시 해보자 하는 마음으로 이 영상을 보고 하게 됐어요
    첫 번째는 다른 영상 보고 처음부터 실패, 두 번째는 이 영상 보고 한번에 성공ㅠㅠㅠ 감사합니다 진짜 너무너무 맛있어요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 슈 만들기 쉬운 거였군요...

    your custard whipped cream is one of the most simplest recipe and almost fail-proof! i've tried it to serve my family coming home and they (and me) love it so much. thank you for sharing

      I failed, my puffs didn’t rise very well…could I ask for advice? I can never get the same consistency for when making the puff, and I always end up adding 2 1/2 eggs, and then it’ll look like in the video. Does that affect the rise? Is there also a thing as cooking the dough too much?

      @@raidenshogun6425 I haven't no. But let's be honest there's only 1 way to eat recipe that you should make with nutella. The ingredients are 1 x spoon and 1 x jar of nutella. The method is: using the spoon scoop out nutella and eat immediately. Repeat step 1 until happy, or jar runs out which ever happens first.

    Thank you so much for the recipe! It worked great!
    For some reason, my cream puffs did not inflate like in the video and ended up looking round and smooth like potatoes, and they were a little hard. I think I might not have used enough butter.
    It turns out that filling them with cream is actually pretty difficult. It's hard to tell if the cream is going in.
    I had a lot of left over cream afterwards, but I mix it with coffee to make a frappaccino and it's gone pretty quick.
    Very delicious, my family could not keep my hands off of these!

      Did you twist the piping bag as you were placing the dough onto the parchment? That's usually what causes flat cream puffs.

    mama mia is right! This is a well done video and loved the fact that there was no talking......I'm english speaking and wanting to learn but am thrown off by chatter. This was simple, direct, and non complicated. I am soooooooooooooooo going to make these. I binged on cream puffs while pregnant with my first born son. Brought back so many good memories. Can hardly wait to start. wish me luck.

      혹시 오븐은 어케 구워요?? 200도에서 예열하고 또 200도에서 10분 구웠다가 하는건가요??

      @@-seohyun5381 레시피 그대로 200도 10분, 온도 내려서 180도 20분, 그후 160도 10분 구웠고 오븐문은 절대 안열었습니다.

    I failed making choux for a long time. I tried several recipes but no hope. Then i quit baking, almost 5 years. Until yesterday. I watched your video. Only you noticed that : must be stainless steel pan/ dont use non- sticky pan . You save my life ! I did it perfectly. Thank you so much !!!!!!!

    Step by step instructions for the batter:
    1. Sift 60g of flour.
    2. Mix two eggs at room temperature.
    3. Pour 100mL of water, 40g of butter and 2g of salt into a stainless steel pot.
    4. Melt it at medium heat.
    5. When all ingredients have melted, let it boil for 15 more seconds.
    6. Turn off the heat and pour in the sifted flour then quickly mix.
    7. Turn on medium heat then stir the dough around for 2 minutes.
    8. Spread the dough onto a bowl and let it cool.
    9. Pour in the evenly divided egg mixture 3 to 4 times then mix well.
    10. Make sure to check the consistency of the batter. It should make a long “V” shape.
    11. Put into a piping bag with a 1cm round tip.
    12. Put parchment paper onto a baking tray.
    13. Make 12 dots evenly spaced out.
    14. Preheat the oven to 200° for 10 minutes.
    15. Bake for 200° for 10 minutes, 180° for 20 minutes, 160° for 10 minutes. Do NOT open the oven while baking.

      저 근데 200도로 10분 예열된 오븐인거면 예열되면 180도,20분 160도10분해서 총 30분이라는건가요? 아니면 처음부터 200도 10분까지 시작해서 총 40분 인가요?제발 누가 알려주세요ㅠㅠ 내일까지 해야해요
