- The Evans-Cummings House built in 1851 by Richard Evans. Next Charles Cummings would come to own the home, he commissioned an extensive remodel in 1885 with elaborate millwork, or “gingerbread,” with decorative brackets, window hoods, and turret. Later a News Paper owned the house and used it for storage. Happy Ending?

So we’re nearly halfway through this video and all we’ve seen is the fact it was moved 900’ North.
Is that it?!
Wow such a beautiful home. Do hope someone buys her.wish I could. ❤
Thank you for watching.
There are still so many beautiful features left inside, I hope the next owner will keep the character of the house. All that woodwork downstairs is just stunning!
It is a amazing house. Thank you for your comments and for watching.
Such gorgeous detail - hope it can be saved 😢
Thank you for watching.
When I watch these videos of homes that have gone to ruin such as this one here ….i imagine what the original owners would think/feel if they would see their home destroyed….they most certainly would be appalled at the mess yet would tell us what their life was like in these once grand homes. I hope that one day soon this place will be completely restored and either used as a residence as it was intended or a business such as a bnb or wedding venue for starters
Thank you for your comments, hopefully someone will. Thank you for watching.
C'est magnifique♥️
Oh how I would love to buy and restore. As usual I about 100,00 short in buying I'm sure plus I don't even know where this is or if it's for sale. Then there the monthly expense of restoration where would I get that.
Dream dream dream

Masterpiece!

While the new colors might be accurate, looks like a clown house to me. Also, that house needs to be in a setting with gardens. Hope it’s not just some convenient lot it was put on.

I remember now a recommendation for your channel from Urban Exploring by Kappy. It was a while ago and then one of your videos just popped up on my recommendations. Your videography and choice of music is amazing along with some historical photos to bring these beautiful relics back to life. You are quite a storyteller. Enjoying every one!
