- This is an Unboxing & Review of the Osprey Transporter 95L Duffel Bag. I got this bag for most of my travels and in this video I unbox the bag, showcase my first impressions, fill the bag with gear and talk through what it was like to travel for 9 days using this bag.
You can find the bag and it's details here on Osprey's site but there are more colors and locations to purchase on REI, Amazon etc..:

Glad you enjoyed it and found it helpful!
Fantastic review
Thank you!! Glad it helped
I usually use a hiking backpack which is 80L for my travels. This is 95L and looks smaller 😮 i was concerned 95L were too much but im afraid the 65 version will be too small
Great feedback! I am actually planning a long trip to Japan and am considering using a hiking backpack myself since I’ll be backpacking through much of Japan.
This duffel is great for cramming gear, but not so great if you have to walk or navigate subways
@RealwithRyan yeah but I think this is exactly what im looking for. My backpack can only be opened from the top and I use packing cubes. Everytime I have to pull out everything as they are all stacked. With this bag i can just pick the cube i need. And this will be not my everyday bag, ill just use it as checked baggage and move it from one hotel to another. Thanks for the fast reply and review!
@@wertez86 sounds like from what you’re looking for you should love this bag. Has a ton of space and is well-built. It’s my main travel bag and I usually pack up all my family’s gear as the designated gear hauler. I also use packing cubes to organize in this bag
Do you think this would this would work well for portaging?
I’m not exactly sure what that means, but it’s a good bag haha
Is it comfortable to carry? Tnx for the review. Im thinking getting this or the 120L. Im 178cm tall. Maybe 120L will be too big. Idk 🤷
I will say that it isn’t the most comfortable bag to carry for long periods of time.
It doesn’t have much support to eat as a backpack so it can feel fairly awkward with a full pack.
@@RealwithRyanallright. Tnx for the fast reply. I will not walk long distances with it. I think this duffelbag will be more comfortable on the shoulders than many other duffelbag. Tnx for the help.
Bro is this waterproof? I want to use this in my bike for touring.
Hey Atanu, this bag is water resistant. Water and rain should run off of it, but it is definitely not water proof. It should keep things mostly dry, but I may look into a more water-proof option if you think you’ll need the interior to stay completely dry.
Hi. what weight the backpack can withstand ?
I'm not positive. But was able to fairly easily carry 50lbs (22Kg) in the bag. With that being said, because the bag doesn't have a waist strap, it will be very heavy on shoulders with that much weight.
Waste of time.
Could you let me know why so I can improve future videos to not waste your time?
Your previous point of reference is a racquet bag? Wtf. Read the reviews for this bag. Its not for books or four pairs of shoes your mom chose for you. Osprey - not the best review for you. Probably look for someone less sad.
Thank you for your opinion. You are correct that my point of reference is limited here!
Have a great day and treat others well :)
Not the best comment for you.
