@ so it’s helped with a couple games but all my other games are still freezing during launch or when I try to switch them to full screen. I have a 3050 Gpu and I know it’s not the best, but all I got right now. I’m just wanting to be able to play the new games on pc, and I don’t expect good quality, but can’t get bit 3 game’s to actually load up and work.
my screen went black after pressing this and it’s currently stuck on black screen and won’t even turn off now. idk what to doo (edit) i’m back to nvidia settings and it’s now telling me to install drivers and my gpu is not being detected (double edit) i’ve deleted it all and reinstalled the drivers and everything is working fine
What's your opinion on v-sync+g-sync enabled in nvcp with v-sync off in-game and an fps cap in-game? I saw a video yesterday that said it helps with latency and offers the fastest latency.
Go for it if you set it up correctly: - *V-Sync enabled in NVCP:* A fallback to prevent screen tearing when G-Sync might not handle it properly -- *G-Sync enabled:* Synchronizes refresh rate of your monitor with your GPU frame output to reduce stutter and screen-tearing - *V-Sync off in-game:* Ensures the game isn’t trying to override NVCP settings - *FPS cap in-game:* Keeps the GPU from exceeding the monitor’s refresh rate, and from inducing latency
set your MAX refresh rate to 2 under your monitor for no screen tear with Gync on but these are already my settings, also pc mode allows some monitors to overclock so some monitors say 75mhz but only on pc not native
Follow these steps until your issue is fixed! 1. *Ensure NVIDIA GPU is Active:* - Open Display Settings > Graphics Settings and set NVIDIA GPU as the preferred GPU. 2. *Update or Reinstall NVIDIA Drivers:* - Download the latest driver from NVIDIA's website. - Perform a Clean Installation during setup. 3. *Check Display Connection:* - Verify the monitor is connected to the NVIDIA GPU output, not the motherboard. - Ensure cables (HDMI/DisplayPort) are secure and functional. 4. *Verify Monitor Detection:* - Go to Display Settings and ensure the monitor is detected. - Click Detect if it isn’t visible. 5. *Restart NVIDIA Services:* - Open Run (Win + R) > type services.msc > press Enter. - Restart NVIDIA Display Container LS and NVIDIA LocalSystem Container services. 6. *Reset NVIDIA Control Panel:* - Open NVIDIA Control Panel. - Enable Add Desktop Context Menu and Show Notification Tray Icon under the Desktop menu. - Restart the system. 7. *Disable Overlays and Conflicts:* - Disable overlays from apps like GeForce Experience or MSI Afterburner. - Temporarily turn off antivirus/firewall software. 8. *Update Windows:* - Check for and install the latest Windows updates. 9. *Install a Different NVIDIA Control Panel Version:* If using the Microsoft Store version, uninstall it and reinstall the standalone version with the driver package. 10. *Test with a Different Monitor:* - Connect a different monitor to rule out hardware issues.
Depends on your system - but you can double your frames minimum if you do this, follow the Windows Settings Guide, and optimize your game settings with my videos

Note: Low latency in the control panel is for directx11 (low performance mode) and reflex is for directx12. They arent activated simultaneously .
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🙏🏼 an extra 100 frames is welcome.
I just want consistent fps on a 3050 rtx😭
It worked thanks bro
No problem, glad I coudkl help!

@@fxtch Thanks!
Lets see if this make any difference

Will it increase temps or lower quality
Hardly increases temps and will maintain quality for most games
