Started to watch your channel, after my right hand started to have some inflammation in August! Thanks for all information you are sharing. Especially that you do point out that diet can help. I am 41 years old and started to have inflammation in my right hand joints, after three months now it started feeling the same symptoms in left hand. Wait for rheumatologist is 6 months in Canada! And all my blood test are negative. Pretty sure it is negative RA Trying to adjust my diet, but how long does it take to see real results from diet? I can feel that it is spreading through my hands… Started to take supplements, tumeric, omega 3, join pro supplements… What do you think about moringa? I saw some people recommending moringa instead of tumeric.
do you have recommendations on when to eat and take these supplemetns. what pills to take with fats. what to take by themselves. what to take with no food. or only certain foods.
It can be very frustrating if some Doctors don’t care about their patients. My MD did a blood test for my RA and it came out negative. He basically ruled out that I don’t have RA . But I will not agree with him because of the immense pain I have in my ankle, my hands, my shoulders . After doing my research I understood that Rheumatoid arthritis has to do with my immune system so I started eating Kefir, chia seeds, I made my own blend of Turmeric and Ginger for tea , I drink a lot of lemons . This all is really healthy and helping me with the pain and inflammation. Doctor Girnita thanks so much for being so selfless to help people with this matter with your invaluable advice and knowledge.❤ Stay blessed.

I’ve done a lot of research on the carnivore diet. What are your thoughts?
It's great to hear that you've done your research! The carnivore diet has gained a lot of popularity, but not scientific support
