    Doc malaki na ang binaba ng timbang ko, dahil sa pakikinig ko sa inyo at pagsunod sa mga dapat kainin, dating 90k ako noon February ngayon po ay 80k na lang po ako salamat po🙏🙏🙏

    Hello po Dra.! Nag low carb po Ako noon last January until April this year.. ang ganda po ng resulta… nawala lahat ng mga nararamdaman ko..at pumayat po Ako ng 7kls. po..! Sinonud ko lahat about sa low carb.. then bumalik po Ako sa dati kong life style ng pag kain.. April to June.. kasi po papayat ng papayat po lalo.. nag pa check po ako sa Dr. dito kasi po natakot na po ako.. pero nman lahat.. as ang ganda pa ngah ng resulta… Doc. Ano po dapat kong gawin para hindi na po ma bawas ang weight ko.. this July gusto kong mag low carb uli.. ang ganda kc sa pakiramdam po pag nka low carb tayo..! God bless you po Dra.

    I followed this channel, I ate meat no carbs and did IF. I did my blood work and it turned out I have high cholesterol and LDL, and an HBA1c of 5.9. My doctor, advised me to go on a seafood fish and vegetable diet which I did. I don’t do keto diet anymore and I don’t believe it.

      Kelanagn po kasi strict mong susundin, No sugar, No carbs, Fructose, mga matatamis na prutas, me asukal yan,Lactose, milk bawal din yan,Sucrose ung table sugar bawal na bawal yan,no rice and bread din, bago nyo po gawin pag aralan nyo muna mabuti kung papano ang tamang execution, kelanagn mo rin ng elecrtrolytes.

      @@takezonz3735 I am a medical professional and I have not indulged in carbohydrates and sugar, my doctor has advised me to switch to a fish seafood diet and that is what I believe is right, thank you though for the response. I would by the way get our blood tested to confirm.

      @@takezonz3735 sorry, I meant to say, I strongly suggest others should get blood work done to know how their body is responding to this keto diet. It’s good to know what’s good for our body, it doesn’t mean that we don’t feel anything, that we are already healthy.

      @@Mongski-f7v ​ It's alright po, Yung diet nyo ngayon pala is Keto din, fish and vegies is good. wag lang po natin haluan ng carbohydraes, just continue on that for 3 mos and then pa blood test po kayo, while doing Keto, tuloy nyo parin yung mga pills nyo hanggang after ng blood test to check if nag bago na ang Cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and blood pressure. So basically ang idea po ng Keto diet is low carbohydrates and low sugar diet, check out nyo po itong channel nato,th-cam.com/users/DrEricBergDC

    Dra rojo tanong ko nag low carb ako nabigla parang nanghina at lumiit ako pabalim balik nag Che cheat ako gaano karami protein kakainin isang araw nagkaroon ako taba sa puso sa ecg ko po at xray nagkaroon din ako nga constipation dati 2019 na hospital po ako 2 linggo tumaas dugo ko po may maintenance at aspirin sa puso ano po maaring gawin ko po maalis taba sa puso tamang pagkai bawal din ba yun mga luto ss labas kumakain din po ako salamat po God bless

    Dra. Ok lang ba na kakain pa rin ako ng matataba.Simula napanood ko ang channel mo about LC. noong january 29,2022 naglow carb at intermittent fasting ako. As in never akong kumain ng rice hanggang ngayon. Last june 22,2022 nagpamedical ako kasi required talaga dito sa South korea ang medical. Bumaba ang sugar ko naging 87 dati 95. Hb ko bumaba rin 11.2. Ang problema yong cholesterol total nasa bordeline high 222. Sabi ng doctor avoid too much fatty foods. Kaya ang kinakain ko ngayon puro isda , gulay, blue berries , strawberries at kamatis in moderation. Minsan din nag uulam ako ng chicken without skin. 16:8 fasting din po ako at kung minsan OMAD.

    Pano naman Doc ung gustong tumaba? Sobrang payat ko na. Sobrang underweight. And hindi pwede mataas protein intake ko since mataas uric acid ko and mataaas inflamation ko. What should I do doc?       Ang katakutan brod- triglyceride not cholesterol...go away from carbohydrates. Do veges, seafood, and natural meat, good oil like coconut oil, tallow, lard, olive oil, avocado.. God bless
