    I'm 50 y.old...High blood po ako pero nung nag lowcarb ako 1st week palang nagnormalized na agad yung bp ko...kaya dina ko nag memaintenance...at yung dating mataas na creatinine ko ay normal na rin..at mayroon din akong fatty liver pero normal narin po...Glory to God

    Grabeh.. eventhough nklimutan ko na gmitin ung fasting app, I'm still consistent with my 16-19hrs. Of IF.. the benefits are astounding.. effective tlga! Buti nlng tlga npanood ko c Doc sa yt haha... :)
    * Not getting hungry even doing OMAD once a week (Saturdays)
    *Not craving to eat at work
    *Not craving for sweets anymore (Prefer Tea and Black coffee)
    *Still eating 1Cup of Rice, but I feel Full na agad every meal.
    *Only eating twice a day, 9 or 10 in the morning and last meal at 4 or 5pm.
    *I dnt feel sluggish or sleepy anymore eventhough I work Night shift.
    * Lost weight already after 3 months.
    Ok lng pla tlga khit ngvavary ung IF times bsta consistent ka everyday magkakaresult xa! Keep going guys!

    Winning in a biggest loser challenge, eliminating rice, sweets and engage exercise help me a lot to loss weight. At 63 yrs old I am the only senior citizen in that challenge , that was,(2018) and I'm very much thankful of the LC diet in which until now it's my lifestyle coupled with fasting since i followed your programs, thank you very much doc, god bless you and continue with such information

    Thank you Doc. Started watching your videos on low carb and fasting last Feb. 26. You have inspired me to try low carb and fasting. On April 4 of this year, I enrolled sa LCF Masteclass, I learned a lot and sharing my journey to my loved ones and to other people. Nawala ang acid reflux at mga sumasakit sa likod ko. Ang husband ko naman na sumabay sa paglolowcarb ko nagnormalized ang bp nya after two months kaya inalis ng cardio nya ang maintenance medicine nya. 12 noon ang breakfast ko then before 6:30 pm tapos na ako sa dinner. What an amazing result! Kaya whenever I have the chance, I also share my own experience and my husband’s experience on LCF so we can encourage other people too to go low carb.

    3mos na akong nag fa-fasting 12-16hrs and level 1 lowcarb. from 58kg-48.5kg. pero nung 1st mo. pa lang, pumapayat na ako. matagal na akong may ulcer and arthritis pero ngayon hindi ko na nae-experience.

    True po...kapag nasubrahan ako ng carbs lumalabas ang pain PERO kapag bumalik ka sa LCF nawawala siya. Proven yan sa akin. Me from 68.8kls. now 53kls.(no rice/softdrinks na ako for 7 months,dyan ako matakaw). Disiplina lang talaga ang kailangan tsaka huwag takaw mata at alamin ang mga pagkain na nasa list ni doctora.

    Pero wala pa naman ako maintenance... Nag low carb lang po ako dahil ang taba ko na..ngayon happy naku sa katawan ko

    I started intermittent fasting last month june and to this present.kase meron pa po fatty liver and still treating it until now.so i eat only rice in the lunch and dinner.while in the morning is nag singkamas lang ako.with egg,dried fish?meat. Depende kung anong available po.i feel better .i hope in my next check up.mawala na sana ang aking fatty liver at pree diabetics.

    Changes in ,1 mo. Fr. 67 to ,60 kls. Its very effective my bp is 160 diwn to 110 my sugar level fr. 160 to 77 oh my god for how many years taking maintenance ito lang pala

      Do you mean electrolytes po? In a liter of water, add 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, 1/8 tsp of epsom salt and 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar.

    Nagkaroon po ako ng UTI usually na e emergency po ako dahil humiihi agad ako ng dugo . Pero noong Aug. 01 nag UTI po ako uminom lang po ako ng cystoplus nawala po agad yong burning sensation and pain at maraming tubig. . Sa sobrang init po dito sa Vancouver Canada wala agad pong maihian so hold ko ng matagal ang pee ko kaya po nag UTI po . Salamat po sa low carb 4 months na po ako at nag lose weight na po ako at wala ng bp maintenance

    For the last fhree years i avoided eating rice in place of rice am eating boiled camote and saba rice lakatan,apple and kther fruits available
    Kindly furnish me menu for breakfast,lunch and supper. LUKEWARM WATER IS MY REGULAR BEVERAGE.FATTY FOODS ARE NOT IN SIGHT ON MY DINING TABLE.

    may edema ako fasting lang with or without water depende kung paano mo gagawin. 3days prayer and fasting kc iyong dinadaluhan ko after that said fasting back to normal na agad nawawa ang inflammation at edema.

    doktora dati napongataas Ang blood sugar ko.at uric acid..at nagmamanas napo dati Ang Ang mga Binti ko...mataas din Po Ang asking puscells...June 11po akong nagsimula sa low carb ko.bumaba Po Ang blood sugar ko.piro Ang uric acid po.hinde parin nagbabago.ano poba Ang dapat Kong Gawin.

    Doc. Gud pm po.. aq po dati 93 kilos ngaun 70 kilos nlng po kc lagi aq naka subaybay sa inyo. Gulay isda lng po kinakain q hndi aq nag kakakin minsan nag ooat meal lng po pero more on gulay lagi hndi nman po aq maka pag karne kc mataas ang colesterol q sugar q nag high blòod din po aq bago nag uti din po paano po aq makaka pag karne ay bawal po sa akin...sabi ng doctor q...

    Doc napakasarap ng line-up sa playlist ko na pinoy recipes, baka 3-4 times a week only puede na e-cook yon? Bale 4 times lang, or maybe lesser?

    Yong tiyan ko doc laging mabigat,parang pinipiga,almost a month na,nagpawhole abdomen na ako,urine test at ecg,ayos naman lahat,malinis daw,pweding ibenta kidney ko,may gamot binigay,lalong lumalala naman,dumami pa sintomas,palpatation,shortness of breath etc.,omeprazole,domperodone,lahat ng zile,kase maasim tiyan ko.

    I'm 58 years old and diagnosed with cervical cancer my question is OK lang ba sa akin mag LCF.. Though mababa hemoglabin ko and bumaba ang potassium and magnesium ko due to chemo.. Doned with my chemoradio.

Na ako naka locarb, pwede ba ang stick coffee ng nescafe gamitin ng low carber, ito ang ma e-share ko sa actual expereince, hindi pwede sa àkin ang yellow lipton tea bumalik ang atritis ko intenaified pakiramdam ko times thrèe ang sakit, kaya what is mostly true to others might not be true to some like me😃

    Dra ako po ay may open wound sa may taas ng buol ng right foot ko..matagal na po ito april pa po ito...lagi sabi ng doctor barado dw ang mga ugat ko sa legs ko..nagpa duplexscan po ako kaya nakita nila ang barado..kaya dw sobra sakit nd dumaloy ang dugo kaya wala gamot na makaabot sa sugat...a
    Gusto po ng doctor ay operahan..bypass dw po..para maalis ang bara bara..
