Ours came with the house we're renting here in Phoenix. It stays up year round, obviously... But it also gets pounded by sun 24/7/365 and it took 3 years for it to start to rip going by the date on the tag, which isn't bad, really. The owners bought the burgundy replacement cover which I'm sure will start to look faded much faster than the beige one we just took off of it. My plan is to hang 2 4x4s crossways (from the 4 corners to center, cutting one into two at the intersection) and lay a hard wood top over that so I can insulate between the ceiling and the canvas cover. Then, I'm going to frame in 4 plywood walls, one with a door. Insulate the walls, put vinyl on the outside and paneling inside, put a portable AC inside and create a workshop as it has already been wired up for power. Presto change-o! LMAO

You’re braver than me with those hornets lol! Also, you can buy UV protection spray to make your new gazebo last even longer! I spray our patio umbrella twice a year.

I have the steel 10x12 nice gazebo. Nightmare to get the company to communicate and send parts! Leg Bass plate rusted out in a year. Even Lowe’s gave up on them!
