I really enjoy seeing how menacing the death knights really are. Seeing them in such huge numbers kinda makes them seem like weak goons. But if you see what 2 alone can do, kinda makes them way cooler to me.
keep in mind that a average YGGDRASIL player could easily deal with a death knight and all

What makes it funny is that Death Knights are pretty low tier in the world of Yggdrasil. So low tier that Newbies with Power Suits would literally stomp them for EXP
for YGGDRASIL Players Death Knight are just an Average Goons they fight daily (at level 35), it was challenging for new comers only.
@@SamWeed420yeah, and in the New World most people don’t get above around level 30 tops, usually lower, iirc Gazef was only like level 50ish, so he’s strong, but he’s not really that strong

nah its not a plot armor its just an adventurer with suit that enhaces levels up to certain point. but literal plot armor is the whole nazarik they are bunch of level 100s with fully upgraded and skilled up with magical items at their disposals. anything in this world is almost no threat to them they are just cautious. and in next season maybe dragon lords will be little threat

I've already lost faith with the dragon lords. Cure elim even when cheated with his soul-breaking breath and his tier magic was nothing against momonga. World Items give you complete and utter immunity to wild magic and have 8 for all Floor Guardians@@laman123lam

if u played Terraria, there's something called lesser healing potion or lesser mana potion, it basically means lower version/level of healing or mana restoration
It comes from D&D, where many spells have three or four levels, such as "Lesser Restoration,' 'Restoration,' and 'Greater Restoration.'
It doesn't mean it decreases your strength, it means it is less strong than other strength buffs.
Obviously you don't play RPGs to say something as disrespectful as this.

If i remember correctly they are around lvl 30 and the golden knights we see when Ainz attacks the lizardmen in season two are nearly lvl 40 or something.
But i can't tell if this is actually right

Death Knights are around lvl 35 ( lvl 30 and higher is considered the realm of heroes in the new world)
The golden Armor knight things are called master guarders and are around lvl 29 to 30 and are so called pop monsters.
That means they just spawn inside nazarick.
However There is a system that allows Ainz to spend Ygdrasil gold to summon stronger monsters.
How strong they can be seems to be unknown but they are known to bee stronger than pop monsters.
@@darkerthanblack8897 In the world of Yggdrasil, many players use the death knight as their shield because its passive skills are very useful for non-warriors. So I wouldn’t consider the Death Knights are trash. I think they are more useful than any summonable mid-tier undead.

The reason why the dual dagger death knight was able to deflect it for the moment because its passive allows it to not be oneshot by anything (nukes or whatever)

@@Rudevald It's a magic gun that uses the wielder's 50+ attack stat, bruh. Sadly, the bullets are not magical even if their damage comes from the wielder.

The funny thing is, he has no idea how much he messed up by doing this.
Appearing in that YGGDRASIL armor put Ainz on his guard. If Azuth never showed up, then it's likely Pandora's Actor wouldn't have been sent as a decoy.

Actually he's just a whale P2P rather than a pro, put in tons of money into microtransactions to pull the legendary gear to carry him. Without the Powered Suit/LMG he's barely Orichalcum-level, he just has Yggdrasil equipment that carries him. The suit increases his sub-par abilities enough that he can use the gun, he can't even carry the gun without using the suit he's that weak.
You have to admit that the Dual Blade Death Knight was cool as hell despite this being his one and only appearance. Wish there was more in the future.

I used to play world of warcraft and everyone in the guild watched Overlord before raiding, that was a huge buff in motivation.
This was the chapter that made us all realize that Ainz was right all along in believing there had to be other players in the world. Or in this case, there were.

I forgot which guardian decide this but they purposely had battle where they won and lost. This is one of them. They wanted to draw out the strongest fighters. As soon as they did they could commence the next phase which was sooner the expected because of ainz fighting in the colosseum

Ygg decided to make an item for newbies to catch up to veteran players... the power armor was that item. kinda like how in Rf they give lvl 1 weapons with ridiculous dmg for newbies to power level as fast as possible..

Very likely another type of summon or perhaps a different build of Death Knight. Death Knights are usually just cannon fodder against players so they tend to be built very defensively. Perhaps Ainz made a more offensive Death Knight to test its capabilities.

I love the series but I absolutely despise that horrible cgi. Yeah I know, animating an army is costly and hard work but they could've at least used a few different models to make it less obvious
