Thank you for the priceless information Dr. I was wondering when the thyroid patients have to take levothyroxine in the morning considering walnuts does interfere with the medicine what would be your advice?? Appreciate it let me know what to do as I take levothyroxine every morning 🙏🏻
Should all nuts like for example pecans and almonds be soaked overnight before being consumed at breakfast? Very interesting content as always - thank you from Germany
I used to eat five walnuts every morning soaked in water over night, I eat a healthy diet, do intermittent fasting and yet I was seven kilos over weight. I could not lose any gram inspite my healthy diet. Then I read somewhere that walnuts are rich in oxalic acid and I stopped eating them. The extra kilos were gone within a month.
I eat together 2,3 Brazil nuts with walnuts( 4/5) in the morning… add them on my coconut yogurt or oatmeal. I soak Brazil nuts and walnuts, pecans ( separately) over night and the morning rinse them, dry them with papers and toast ( F*350) and can store them for 2/3 months use.
i do think your videos are very informative but i have to address the phytic acid myth ''In short the only way phytic acid can take something from the body is to give up the minerals it is already bound to. Just like how in order for hemoglobin to pick up carbon dioxide it must give up the oxygen it is holding on to and vice versa. If the phytic acid is already bound it is not going to be able to grab anything from the body. But it does have a higher affinity for heavy metals and free iron than it does minerals we really need. So the phytic acid in plants we eat will already be bound to beneficial minerals that it gladly give up in order to grab a hold of toxic metals it can then take out of the body. So the only thing it is really going to rob our body of is metallic toxins we do not want.''
Dr you are really a blessing.
You are an amazing doctor! I have learnt so much
