Another great video, thanks. I am concerned about lectins that may have contributed to my leaky gut which led to my Hashimoto’s, and many of these suggested foods are high in lectins. Is this not a problem for leaky gut?

Are you gluten, sugar and dairy free? And also you need to start intermittent fasting. Only way to reverse thyroid. No short cuts available unfortunately.
