Here it is guys, the Voodoo Banshee is complete! This thing came out better than I could have imagined. Thank you to everyone that has followed the series and who has supported what I do to help me come so far. I hope you enjoyed the series; you all ROOOOCKK!!! 🤘🤘🤘
Sabo that first ride had me smiling and giggling just as much as you!! . Well worth the wait!! Awesome build and the dune version looks kickass too... Keep it up man!! Can't wait to see what you do next.. Most addictive channel out there!!!
This quad is a work of art. All the details Michael put into it. The titanium hardware, the engine build. This is one of the sickest Banshee builds Ive seen. The colors are badazz too ! Ive always loved that ringing sound a banshee makes
Dude, the quality of this video is unreal!! It’s like watching a fully produced professional TV show. Seriously, amazing job with the build AND the video filming/editing!
@@MichaelSabo heck yeah man no problem. There are alot of car restoration TV shows but no atv ones so your channel in my opinion is the only atv restoration channel worth watching. Keep it up man
Guys I'm not sure what happened with the audio at the 90 minute mark but the missing audio was basically me talking about how happy I was with the turnout of the machine and how there's still small tuning to do. I will be clipping that portion out as best as I can so if its gone when you read this, that's why, but thank you to everyone that pointed it out 🤘
I had a big smile on my face when you took the bike for a test run lol. There is no better feeling than riding something you built yourself. Sick bike🤘
Man just discovered this channel this week and I can’t get enough! Love that you love quads! Always a lot of hate(for quads) and ATV guys have nothing but love for all forms of wheels! Seriously don’t stop making these videos!
What an epic build! Congrats on 100k subs! You deserve way more. Amazing build and film quality. Looking forward to riding shots and challenges on this beast 💪
Michael, have seen you modifying plastic parts, fenders and such. I want to throw you a tip and have you try it. After this type plastic is sawed or dremeled or sanded there's always a rough surface leftover. Doesn't look like new. Try this: after you work on it, pass some high heat BRIEFLY over that fuzzy rough surface. I use a torch. A couple of quick passes. Melts the fuzz back into a shiny surface, and any sharp edges also. Try this on some scrap pieces first. Get the feel for how much heat to apply. Doesn't take much. Let us know how it works out. To go back a few years and explain where I discovered this, I had (on a table saw) cut 2/3 off the height of a milk crate (those commonly seen behind convenience stores and grocery stores). Where the saw had cut were very sharp edges. It was unsat. I passed my butane torch over the edges just briefly and the edges rounded off so nice (and smooth). Anyways, try this out would you? Keep up the good work with your content.
Last 4 months you blew up big time, well deserve brother. Been a crazy 5 years, thanks for teaching me not to be afraid to work on my own shit. Btw Intro was great lol.
I remember watching your video on that pitbike... From that to this is extremely impressive this takes skill, talent and hard work not to mention the patience. This man deserves a million subs 🙏. Great work Mike. I'm not a banshee guy but this build and work ethic applied to any machine will make something glorious. Congrats man on 100k 🔥. You deserve every inch of recognition you get. Extremely well done.
The banshee was always my favorite.. Mike this bike just screams perfection and you are a master of the craft.... Keep rocking can't wait to see it on the dunes .
As always Michael another Sabo masterpiece!!! Seriously bro you amaze me every time!! 334 lbs should float over the sand. My honest opinion, best builder on You Tube!!! Can’t wait for first real ride, enjoy it kid! You deserve it. Also Congrats again on the 100K,crazy milestone!!!!
Thank you bro!!! I really hope people understand how much goes into making this happen. Not only the builds man but on top of that. to film and edit all of this and produce a 2 hour video is insane! I genuinely appreciate you man. Thank you.
Alright, now I’m super curious to see how it stacks up against other quads in the trails. It seems like the front end is going to be in the air quite a bit. If the front end can be controlled it seems like it might be a pretty sweet trail quad, definitely a super fun duner. Personally I wouldn’t have shortened the swing arm just because the banshee has a front end that likes to be in the air, I probably would have kept a stock length, but I do understand the goal of saving weight.... plus it really does turn on a dime now. The banshee does have hella wheel spin though so even with the stock swing arm it’s pretty easy to steer with the back wheels, making it easy to just spin it around and face 180 degrees in the other direction with ease. All in all, it’s an absolutely fascinating build in my opinion and I bet “shee” is fun to ride. See what I did there 😂. I give the Voodoo banshee a thumbs up, and the project might have been called the “voodoo banshee”, but her name should be “the witch doctor”.... keeping with the theme.
@@brandysigmon9066 adding length might help keep the front end down but it also reduces the turning radius. Personal preference I guess, I am just thinking about the 2 banshees I’ve had in the past. They really do like to stand up when the power band starts screaming. I’ve gone over backwards in the woods negotiating obstacles because the front end is light, but I ride in tight woods so I can see why someone would want a shorter swing arm to maneuver, but that comes in handy when you have tires that have ungodly grip. I was tuning ITP Holeshots on one, and the other I had a set of mud lite’s. With the stock swing arm I was able to just goose the throttle and slide my back end to negotiate just about anything. There are pros and cons to it. The big thing is for mike to do a woods test and some comparisons to things like his 250R and KFX450R. A good solid test is where you can find any shortcomings and then address those issues once you have a better understanding. Mike is an intelligent builder, I’m sure he will have the banshee dialed in for the type of riding he does pretty quickly.
Congrats Michael! It has been an awesome ride watching you grow all these years. Thank you for sharing your trophy with us. Can't wait for the next one! (That's what she said)

I like to use only the best too lol. But keep it up man. This quad is one of the sickest banshee ever made
I was watching this video in bed at 11:30 pm. When you turned on the main LED lights the video cut to a commercial, and it was a white background. It just about blinded me! Love this build!
Really enjoyed both Banshee builds you’ve done, I’ve had my banshee for over 15 years. This channel has given me the inspiration to give it the attention it needs. Keep up the great work looking forwards to what you take on next

I've never watched a youtube video over like 35-40 minutes and I really just sat almost 2 hours and loved every moment of it. Awesome job man I was so stoked when i heard you fire it up🤯
I don't comment much or compliment many people...but your hard work and attention to detail shows bro! I know working on the Quads is like 30% of what you do! Stay on the gas and you will just go ☝
Great build. As a dirt biker I rode a tweaked Banshee 27 years ago down one of my favorite desert sand washes. It still puts a smile on my face to this day. Great video. Subbed and stayed until the end.
Lol. Wow. Dude your the king when it comes to buliding quads and bike videos. So detailed and high quality. This is like the 15th time that i watched this video alone. Im getting things together to build my own custom banchee, and this video is the best for anyone wanting to fallow along as you build. Hope.all.is well with you and your family. Have a great day brother. Caint wait to see your future vids. Im going to try that torque wrench trick to see if it really helps with the weight reduction. Thanks for the helping tip.
Bro you are by far the best quad TH-cam channel . Your attention to detail is levels above anyone else. One thing I want to see In the future is your corvette
I stayed to the end like always. Your videos are excellent. You do a great job explaining the process. I’ve had a banshee since 99’. Throughout the years it’s been stored on racking. Now I’ve brought it down rebuilt and modded a few things. I have two young boys that now have their own Yamaha’s (50cc, 90cc). We ride together and we enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the good work. Brrrraaaappp!!!
Your channel keeps getting better and better between the in-depth how to, editing, skits that are hilarious, dramatic music ,I can’t get enough. Oh and love how you can almost anything at Walmart 😂. Keep them coming brother 🤘🤘
Congratulations on the 100K subscriber award! I've been watching your channel for a while and love the content. You can definitely see the progression in content. The video quality just get better and better. Love the comedy you add here and there. Not too many TH-cam channels worth watching but yours I definitely keep up to date on. Good luck, and much success and keep up the good work!
That is won awesome banshee..... the voodoo banshee is the best looking banshee I've ever seen. Awesome work man u nailed it... I'm a sport/race quad fan .... I had 2 banshees needed work and sold them watching this I'm kicking myself lol.... Congrats on ur youtube award .... I'm a new subscriber to this channel but been here long enough to follow through the the voodoo build from day one and have back tracked to other builds .... michael you do great work work... learning alot and I've been around them most my life...
HOLY COW MIKE you had me here till 12.00pm last light watching this!!! i honstly am amazed with your banshee ive been here since the the first build on it and i have to say this is by far the most wicked banshee ive every seen in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!! this is so awesome man im so happy for you that you hit 100k subs congrats ill still be here for when you hit 200k!!!! btw that little dremel looks awesome i think i might get it
Always building badass machines, found this guy years ago on a lunch break at work and couldn't remember his channel name thankfully iv since then refound his channel and made sure I was subscribed always got badass builds starting from literal scrap heaps that would only see life again as parts machines. This man is a legend and I love what he does
Wow that all came together great. Keep up the good work. Just a thought: Another way to save some weight is to go to a single muffler system (2 into 1 after the expansion pipes) instead of the double cans back there. I know Banshees are iconic for the two mufflers but they both sound absolutely awesome with a single exit exhaust (look up the DMC 916 muffler) and it also gives some power down low as well. I built an X pipe system on my old one years ago. I wish I could've kept it, but life's a b.... Then that "bone joint" mount at about 5:00 where you were talking about others doing different things, definitely don't make it solid or too stiff because there will be damage to the frame or engine itself. I broke my frame because of listening to that "mod". I fixed it myself but still. A custom titanium joint would save weight though and look awesome on yours.
Wow Mike your Banshee is beautiful mate! I loved your laughs of glee & success on your first test ride. I was as happy as you. Keep up your comedy skits; they add an extra dimension to your presentations. Also good to see you laugh at yourself. Love all your videos.
WOW what a great video. Loved this project. Watched it from the start. By far my favorite video to date. Cause I love banshees and also blasters. Can’t wait till the next awesome project
The Intro!! Love it man!! “MY GUY”!! Lol Mike I think this is the best build next to the 250r, as usual I will say your attention to detail is amazing! Color schemes, weight weenie concepts, all of it came together so well, the 2006 SE, color was ideal! Great job and amazing video! Come to CA and rip glamis with me! Any time man!
Literally my favorite TH-cam channel. Very inspiring following your journey. I really enjoy all of your content and appreciate all that you put into it. Voodoo mode on the banshee is ridiculous!!! Cheers bro
I’ve just now found your videoes and i am so impressed. Video quality on the same level as million subscriber channels. Love to join the journey and congrats with the award. You make me really want to start wrenching but it is often a bit harder to Get a hold of parts and bikes in Norway.
Mike, if you put a rectifier and a capacitor on for your light they won’t flicker, it will store the power in the capacitor so lights are not being powered right off of the quads power. That’s what I did on my snow blower when I converted to LED
This was one hell of a good video you put together. Just crazy good!! Not to even mention the awesome shee, led like to see more like this. This was better than a lot of movies I've pad for. Whole thing must've taken a long time. Thanks !
Really enjoy your videos Michael! I get home from work at about 12a..and watch your videos until 2 or 3am. You're camera work is great, your builds are amazing and you crack me the fuck up. Amazing build, great video. I dont always watch a TH-cam video without skipping a few parts but when i do, it is quality.
You are an inspiration for all at home mechanics!!! We love you Michael !
Keep up the atv content man, its great to see someone working on quads instead of dirtbikes
Congrats brother you deserve it and everything else that will follow! The banshee is soo sick. They have such a menacing look and yours is truly perfection.
I've never watched a youtube video over like 35-40 minutes and I really just sat almost 2 hours and loved every moment of it. Awesome job man I was so stoked when i heard you fire it up🤯
ONE BADASS RIDE! The attention to detail is what makes it great.
That was the best utube videos I ever watched. What ever your doing your doing it right. That quad is so sick.
I never comment on videos, but this one really deserves more than just a thums up. Awsome build man!! Cant wait for more!
That's a big compliment Dalton; thank you for watching and commenting 👊
I don't comment much or compliment many people...but your hard work and attention to detail shows bro! I know working on the Quads is like 30% of what you do! Stay on the gas and you will just go ☝
Dude that plaque on the banshee with the specs and name is the best icing on the cake ever.
Great build. As a dirt biker I rode a tweaked Banshee 27 years ago down one of my favorite desert sand washes. It still puts a smile on my face to this day. Great video. Subbed and stayed until the end.
Best hour and forty five minutes I’ve spent in my life was watching this video 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Lol.
Great build. All the tips and details are awesome. My OCD appreciates it! As Always, May God Bless you and yours!
I can’t wait to see this thing ripping on the trails! I always make sure to stay to the end of every video and this one was worth it!
Stayed to the very end to see the voodoo drag setup, that is one badass build man! Appreciate these videos and the time and effort you put into them!

Always building badass machines, found this guy years ago on a lunch break at work and couldn't remember his channel name thankfully iv since then refound his channel and made sure I was subscribed always got badass builds starting from literal scrap heaps that would only see life again as parts machines. This man is a legend and I love what he does
I need it
That mid-2000 discovery channel show vibes, totally love it, greetings from Romania!
The Banshee is a badass machine. Congrats on that award.
Congrats on 100K!! Love The Voodoo Banshee. Can't wait to see more vids!!!
Great build man that thing looks sweeeet. Greatest quality videos I’ve seen !
Thank you very much!
I love Banshee’s! They’re a hoot bone stock. Voodoo has to be one of the coolest trail quads ever.
Congratulations Michael. You did an outstanding job!!!!!
This is sick !!!!!!
Love the bike, the sound and your video quality, rock on dude !!!!!!!!
I abbbbsoluttely love watching you build quads, brilliant work love it. Big love from the UK 🇬🇧

Such an amazingly produced video! The effort is unreal and the banshee turned out a great.
WOW what a great video. Loved this project. Watched it from the start. By far my favorite video to date. Cause I love banshees and also blasters. Can’t wait till the next awesome project
Been binging your videos for two days now. Very impressive work! Loving the videos buddy!
Hell yea man, I'd love to come out the the west coast and rip with you; thank you for the love and for supporting man!
Literally my favorite TH-cam channel. Very inspiring following your journey. I really enjoy all of your content and appreciate all that you put into it. Voodoo mode on the banshee is ridiculous!!! Cheers bro
Attention to detail is impeccable
I’ve just now found your videoes and i am so impressed. Video quality on the same level as million subscriber channels. Love to join the journey and congrats with the award. You make me really want to start wrenching but it is often a bit harder to Get a hold of parts and bikes in Norway.
Awesome job man. Your show give me straight old school power block vibes from back in the day. Keep up the good work.
Mean lookn banshee!!! Loved watching the build and it definitely looks badass in voodoo mode
Your videos just get better and better! Absolutely love this banshee and can't wait to continue watching the ASPCA raptor.
Such an absolute unit! It put a grin on my face!!! Sick banshee Mike!!
I don’t know who is doing this before you on TH-cam but it doesn’t matter you’re the man
Thank you man!
Absolutely killed it on the blue and green color combo so much cooler than a regular old black bike
Mike, if you put a rectifier and a capacitor on for your light they won’t flicker, it will store the power in the capacitor so lights are not being powered right off of the quads power. That’s what I did on my snow blower when I converted to LED
Awesome job bro , I’m hooked on revival videos on TH-cam, stumbled across your videos a couple days ago and I’m hooked , keep up the good work
This was one hell of a good video you put together.
More importantly you give me some kind of confidence that I may be able to do some of stuff you do on my own Banshee and Raptor. Appreciate all you're doing for the sport ATV community! Keep it up please!
Stayed till the end .. that thing is awesome watched pretty much the full build and have been waiting to see the final build
Killer video. Production value is killer. Your video content has gone through the roof.
Dude Congrats on the Channel. Inspiring content. Thanks for showing us new and exciting upgrades.
This is first video of yours I've watched. I don't even own a quad but watched this whole entire video. Got my sub for sure, great content and loved how you went into a lot of detail and even info for people who may not have all the tools. Super great camera work man keep it up!
Wow... I was leary of you going from the 421 LPT set up you had in the machine to the peaky cub cylinder, but I'm impressed! Sounds and looks utterly amazing! Don't ever quit!
I’ve watched this episode 3 times now and I wish I could give it thumbs up every time and ya I stayed this long everytimr
Awesome quad!! Congrats on all your hard work and loved the surprise!!
Thank you Ron!
I want this ATV so bad. Great build bro! Congratulations on the award.
