Nice to see so many treasures follow you home! Lots of fun! If only tools could talk; they'd tell wonderful stories! Thanks for sharing! Cheers, from Oregon! 🌲🪓🌲🪓
We love Oregon. Thanks for the nice comments. As for talking, many tools I get are abused. They would have lots of stories to tell. This is also why I say, I am giving new life to old tools. 😁 have a great day.
I have had one of those screw holding screwdrivers for at least 30 years and have never used it. I am sure someday it will be the only way to accomplish a task someday so it stays in the tool box.
The Fencing Tool is Stubai out of Austria, still around and you can still buy one for about 45 bucks new...........The adjustable Alligator Wrench is most likely "The Elgin" and on the jaw it would saw "Extra Jaw 25¢"....Brush Axe is my favorite, I like Old Farm & Garden Tools.
Thanks for all the information. It will be fun store in these things and I’ll make some videos on those. Thanks again for your comment and have a great day.
The first hatchet you showed is a plumb national. Red handle is definately original. Might be worth keeping if that’s your collector version. Also a beautiful handle on that double bit. Beauty.
Thanks so much for the information. Unfortunately that red handle on the plum was too broken up. So I had to replace it and it will be the next video. I do plan to keep the handle on that double bit. Just clean up the head and keep it. Thanks for sharing what you know about these things. Have a great day and God bless.
That first plum looks like the VICTORY model made after WW2 . I have one but the handle is not red. Red I'm told was after 1955 . But I could be wrong. Nice haul tho.
Crazy a buddy of mine bought a ranch and he invited people over for a party when I sat down my chair moved a bit seen what it was and I found a double bit plumb axe head he said whatever you find keep it I restored it and put a handle showed it to him said good job looks nice
@@toolscouter thank and yeah he told me like when he bought the property they find all sorts of stuff like tires and a rusted bike lucky I found an axe head
