Usually fans would understand that and just accept it whether the real person behind the avatar is a different age than what is presented. If they can't accept it, then they wouldn't watch them. Also it out of respect to not pry to their real age due to privacy. Overall like, I watch vtubers because of their personality or gameplay or even their avatar, but in the long term, I just enjoy their personality and any people of age can have that kind of personality that might lead me to watch them.

This is a case where a person becomes more and more attached to their alter ego to a point where it's harder to separate themselves. At first, it's easy to do embarrassing stuffs that you don't normally do because no one cares anyway. As time passes though, the alter ego'll become more like you (or vice versa) and you can't help but feel that both of them are you, so you see them as an extension of yourself instead of a different persona.
Just enough strength to do it, but not enough to push through the embarrassment at the end. Points for nearly making it through, I'd stopped like 3 sentences in
It takes a lot for Sora to be embarrased about anything related to her career as a Vtuber idol, so if she feels embarrased, you can be sure that she's really embarrased.
