Thanks for the thoughtful comment! I discovered Loathe and this movie around the same time and knew they would match up really well. Loathe is giving me the same excitement Deftones gave me when I first discovered them, what a band!
The dramatic and slow moments really lift this for me. Most of the timing is fantastic, with his cape gliding as my favorite section here. Loved the mirroring effects in the close ups of Batman and Selina Kyle and really dug the blinkering when the Batmobile drives in during the funeral. Great stuff!
i can’t stop thinking about this video. this is one of the most beautiful batman videos i’ve ever watched. the music is perfect and there’s just something about loathe’s music that suits matt reeves’s gotham so much. i love it and you’re awesome.
masterpiece, dear Lodey. we can see the time you spent adjusting the scene cuts with the music. everything is perfect and so pleasant to watch. excellent work, my friend.
Well done such a tasteful edit I feel like loathe listeners are scarce as I’ve ventured, and have been more open about my music taste I’ve come to the realization that this band is quite popular
Its the timing of when you use a shot to go with the music you didn’t just do this cause you had time on your hands you did this because you have passion I’ll be coming back here often and adding it to my playlist subbed
Imagine if he'd tried to cut that wire with his batarang and it didn't go all the way through, and he still got shocked but he didn't save anyone. How embarrassing would that have been?
Those are so old but I am super glad to hear people still remember them. Deftones/Loathe and Batman are such a nice mix, but I ran out of good movies to use LOL. I thought about doing a Batman Forever edit and trying to make it look cool instead of goofy.
Dearest Lodey I cannot stop putting this on repeat, you're editing is so skilled!! I watched one of your older edits, you've come so far!! Please do not stop posting and if you can, send THIS VIDEO to whom ever you'd like to work with, they'll hire you. Please do not stop refining your work, you're doing amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm not such a fan of Batman, but your edit realy showed you profesionalism in your sence of timing with the images. I loved it from start to end! Keep up the good work, you should have more visibilty from the algorythm
@@Renulph I've made some edits of my own and and do relate the struggle sometimes to find the frame perfect. It's nice to see people like you going forwards and improving each time. I'll make sure to keep an eye on your work from now on
Great work dude, I was imagining "Red Room" for a movie trailer with weapons, maybe Sicario: Day of Soldado or some movie like that, but I don't know shit about editing so I am gonna fix my PC and get to it
The song "Screaming" by Loathe is about feeling overwhelmed by life and finding a way to cope. The singer wants to take a step back, take a deep breath and look at what's real. They feel isolated and realize that the world is a noisy place that has left them feeling hopeless and powerless. The lyrics explore the idea that life can be both dark and light, and they call out for someone to put the wool over their eyes one last time, enabling them to take a break from all the pain and find a way to move forward
Thank you so much. I found out about this song after someone sent me one of their tracks, I went ahead and listened to the album and this one really stood out to me.
They need to let Loathe do a song for the sequel on the soundtrack 🔥
Agreed!!
2:52 genius
thank you so much!
this video is so underrated
I think about it often
Really? Thank you.
literally the coolest thing ever
thanks so much!
holy hell bud what a freakin great job. love batman, love loathe, and it's clear you've got great taste as well!

This song needs to be in the next Batman film also this is beautiful
Can’t believe I didn’t see this till now
Algo isn't too kind to me these days lol, but I'm glad you enjoyed it, thank you for sharing your thoughts!

No lie, they could've used I let it in and it took everything as the soundtrack for the whole movie
Big fact
Keep coming back to this, best video on yt ever

this is one of the greatest edits i’ve seen ever
Thank you very much
dude I love loathe and batman seeing this was amazing
This movie goes well with a lot of the songs I like. Just the other night I played it on mute with Nirvana's Nevermind
It does surprisingly, I think it's the darker tone and the use of color lends itself really well to rock genres. Thanks for watching.
yowww man!!! wtf is thisssss!

this is really good please make more.
Thank you! I will try my best.
My biggest regret was not showing kadeem this video when i met him.
I just saw them live in Philly a couple days ago and I unfortunately didn't see them around afterwards. So sad!
