@@meyr1992 I live in Tennessee and about a month ago officers responded to a school shooting where the shooter killed three and the officers entered immediately and placed themselves perfectly around a corner and when the shooter came around the officers lit them up and killed the POS. I can say if it were 5 years ago or so they may not have responded so quickly, like with Columbine and such but most of the time our police/swat respond on time and with precision!

The whole point in training. You do scenario after scenario. Drill after drill to learn to deal with the pressure. It's not like you walk in off the street an become a swat captain the same day. He was 100% calm and not phased at all. All cops should get the kind of training swat teams get.
