This is amazing. Ive been in pain for over a year, and no one could figure out what it was. All the pelvic floor PTs only had experience with women. Id almost given up, until I saw this. now Im finally feeling a bit better. Thank you!
WOW.... (Nothing Else Explains it) Just arrived - I purchased the Purple and Green (Green has vibration)... followed her instructions to the letter and when it went over the Prostate, it was like I just went to heaven... If you can only get 1... Get the Green!
as a massage therapist, its my first time a friend mentioned she often cries from pelvic pain. thus my search that brought me to your video. thanks for this, as my school did not cover this... my hope is to see if what all ive learned from my searches can help to improve her situation, as well as broaden my experience. thanks.
Where can I find one of those chrome wands? All they have on amazon are silicone wands. In my experience the silicone lined stuff has too much friction to be comfortable even with lube.
with wand, for example, for targeting for pubococcygeus muscle at male, the wand can arrive at end of the muscle at depth? so, how deep can the wand go? because if trigger point is located the bottom of the muscle(location at deepest), wand can arrive? if not, only dry needling is option? it is curious always.
I started experiencing issues with my bladder/pelvis/prostrate in September 2019. My primary doctor couldn't figure out the cause, but I noticed that when I went for a digital prostrate exam, I was able to finally sleep almost comfortably for 2 nights in a row after such a long time, without having to get up after every one-and-a-half to two hours to pee. I have tried quite a bit of remedies, but still get the occasional nights when I can't get a good rest because of the constant feeling of wanting to urinate/pain at the base of my penis. My biggest relief came from using a CPAP machine and avoiding drinks and food that irritates the bladder, with tomatoes, vinegar, coffee (especially Starbucks coffee), sodas, and spices, being the biggest culprits. I'll purchase and use the Therawand to see whether I'll be able to get further relief. Thanks for the video.
Dr. Susie Gronski & Team, Why would a man have pain at the tip of the penis on the left side? Thank you for all your knowledge that you share with us all.
The Therawand has been very helpful for me...I just found out it's not being sold in the U.S. anymore. Do you happen to know if it'll ever be available again?
Would your program help someone with a tight anal sphincter muscle causing pain when sitting?(several other things ruled out by several specialists) tried one year of pelvic floor pt, including Julie sarton physical therapy, but muscle still tight according to doctor.
The DIY pelvic pain program has a ton of helpful information that addresses treatment from a whole person approach. Many people have found it a helpful support and resource for pelvic pain. Muscle tightness is challenging to objectively assess by any practitioner. It depends on how this muscle tension feels to you in your body that is the important part. Often muscle guarding and bracing is a protective response that can be driven by many different factors. Here is one of my favorite articles on this topic: www.bettermovement.org/blog/2015/why-do-muscles-feel-tight I hope this helps!
I have pain on my left testicle consistently. From my understanding of the video that would be 3-4 or 9-11 o clock? Thank you for this video. This issue has been a nightmare for me. 6 months and counting 😭
Just subscribed. I see a PFPT , who treated me prior and now post RALP. Thought I could slack back on the wand but got a nasty reminder at my last session. As I work on strength and conditioning, I have to continue the at home sessions in the same way I would rehab anything else, especially after vigorous exercise, or the genital pain can come back like the 4rth of July❤
Go you for breaking the cycle and providing information for free when you do not have to. Thank you so much. I'm 24 and this sucks

How are u now?
Fantastic advice, a life changer, doing internal pelvic therapy as a man. Thank you 🙏
Well done, Susie! Thanks for making this video...from one pelvic floor PT to another!
Thank you!
Thank you for this video. I'm amazed the first video recommended addressed pelvic floor pain in men.

Thank you for the video. I use this regularly to keep symptoms at bay
Very much appreciated, thanks a lot Susie!
Glad it was helpful!

Should this be done lying down or standing up? Also can a finger substitute for wand?
Thank you I really appreciate your streaming

When she says don’t push it past 4, she means it. Even though it doesn’t hurt much then, it can hurt up to a 10 later on!

hello
wired question how deep should you go to hit the muscles
How long should we do this and how often ?
Great question, Patrick! This will depend on your unique and individual situation. I advise seeking guidance from your treating pelvic therapist.
I strain a lot will trigger points help because I have a very tight rectum and floor
How deep you have to insert it for men ?
What to do exactly if I found a trigger point?

How are you now brother? I have been dealing with this pain for last year n a half.
It seems like penile shaft pain can be caused by of an overly aggressive circumcision.
I dont have a wand. Can I use vaginal dialators to do this release?
This looks extremely painful
No touch or treatment should be extremely painful. Always seek medical guidance from a qualified pelvic health professional prior to use.
@@DrSusieGTeam if only you could have helped me, but thank you for your feedback and your professional yet open way of dealing with these issues
She's beautiful

how was your delayed ejaculation developed? i may be able to help you
Okay, so 12 o’clock is where the genitals are, and the spine is at 6 o’clock?
12 o'clock is towards genitals and 6 o'clock is towards the tailbone.
Gonna get a therawand and try this, thanks for being so specific :)
