Prostatitis is just "easy" as dr only give you what ? 10 minutes? so its easy, and they dont really care (most of them) Trust me, mine is so bad I have to take Oxycodone, yes in 2021(almost), so you know its bad, its not the Prostatitis I was diagnosed with 5 years ago, has nothing to do with it and never did... Thank you for making this video bro, I got prostatitis for 5 months now and my story so far is very similar, thank you for including the bit at the end about erectile dysfunction that happend to me too. Some days I feel like I’m winning then some it comes back with a vengeance. Extremely torturous. It’s good to see I’m not alone in this. Thanks again.

Hey brother. I'm not a doctor. But it sounds like you had something close to. I would 1000% get the book and read it. (head ache in the pelvis) try to start peeing but let go of your stomach muscles. I mean relax them to th epoint that your stomach sticks out. that would relief so much pain for me. Start doing the stretches. as of everyone that I know. the stretching has been a god send. if your tests are CLEAR then you most likely have CPPS. honestly. do the stretching and the trigger point release. It's free and you can do it by yourself.

hey man, i think its awesome that you took the leap and posted a vid about this condition as i'm pretty self conscious about it. You're 100% not alone, im 20 and have had this for 4 years, and it has honestly improved over time. I've Been to countless doctors who just wanted to spoon feed me antibiotics that don't understand that just taking a pill doesn't always solve a problem. Alot of different stretches my PT has taught me has helped a ton, and im about to start adding some at home trigger point therapy with a tennis ball to my routine. Definitely keep us updated on how things are going. Good luck man, wish you and all these people the best.

Hi. I was 16, same age with you, when my condition has started. Now I am just 19. İ didn't relief from it instead it has improved since couple months before. Not anymore chronic pain but I have pain when ejeculation, cant lift heavy because of my pelvic floor muscles and low sexual drive. I have strong belief if i stop masturbation i will be cured( ı already tried pills) because it is first occured when ı was sick from covid, İ jerked off.( My life has changed from that moment) I try nofap but only last for 20 days. Maybe you would condemn me for failing but remember I had shitty life and constant stress to having this condition.

My balls hurt so bad for 2 years that I couldn’t walk properly. I’m sitting on the toilet right now with the burning after I’ve ejaculated. I just have to stay here trying to pee until it goes away. I’ve been single ever since I got this shit. I know some people get really serious issues but I feel seriously unlucky.

Mine happened after a pelvic floor injury. The injury was ok, but after reading up online and finding horror stories about this condition, I got it the next morning, just like that. I was basically stuck in a kegel, and had a horrific vibrating pins and needles pain in my crotch, genital pain, painful sitting, frequent urination, and terrible depression and anxiety. I was crying myself to sleep those 2 miserable weeks. What was weird was that upon awakening, I was fine, then the pain got worse and worse throughout the day. After that 2 weeks I got food poisoning and was up all night in terrible agony throwing up and having diarrhea. The next day, it all went away. After a month or so, it came back, though it wasn't as bad as the first flare up. I had terrible burning pains in the inner thighs and pelvic and genital pain with head issues making it all worse. I would get flare ups every other 3 weeks, so 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. This all started in November of 2015.
I was pretty convinced a lot of it was in my head, and I went to a doc who said I was fine, then when the flare ups kept returning, I went to a urologist and he prescribed pelvic floor physiotherapy. It helped with some of the symptoms, but I would still get minor flare ups, mostly muscle tension, slight pelvic and genital pain, and frequent urination, which I believe was primarily stress and anxiety.
Today, as I type, I am having a small flare up. My flare ups are never as bad as the one before, I am currently only suffering from muscle tension, uncomfy sitting, dull ache in the prostate, and painful ejaculation which sucks. I have a lot of body tension and I think it is a large part of the issue, and I am working with a counselor on stress management as I believe subconscious stress plays a huge role in this condition. It's amazing how abstract stress can be, I never listened to anyone when they told me most of it was mental, and I believe it was. It was so bad mentally that it was manifesting itself into pain and tension, primarily pelvic floor tension.
I am currently taking flower pollen extract and will be starting on quercetin to see if it will help with prostate inflammation (if it's even inflammed as no doc will ever check my prostate at the young age of 21) so hopefully I may see something.
I feel that I am very blessed to have this condition alleviate itself on it own,. I am optimistic that it will eventually go away, or atleast become a very minor issue that I can deal with.
This condition helped me, it motivated me to change things about myself that needed to be changed, I am working towards being the best person I can be and I think that managing my emotional issues and stress issues will be a huge factor in over coming this.
I encourage anyone having this to really look into pelvic floor rehabilitation and see how their pelvic floor muscles behave, it can be the key to solving this. Work on stress management, pain management, consider a sex therapist, and keep a journal to see if you can map out your symptoms and treatment options to see what helps and what doesn't. This condition affects everyone differently and you have to take time to learn about yourself to improve yourself. Find correlations from your journal entries and try one thing at a time. Take the supplements for a long time if you have recurring flare ups to see if they are helping at all when you get another one. Consider elimination diets. Stay positive, meditation, yoga, and prayer are helpful also. I believe there is a cure to this condition, but, it will vary from person to person.

I feel for you. I'll be 55 in two months. I've had a mild case of it since I was in my mid twenties. In my early 50's, I started having times when it was a little harder to urinate. Just recently I started suffering from the pelvic pain for the first time and at times I can barely urinate. I can't sit for long before my ass is hurting where my leg and pelvis join. It is literally a pain in the ass! And at times my lower back and even my lower guts ache. It's no fun. I actually came here doing research to see if prostate removal was an option. I would gladly give that M.F. up if I knew all of my symptoms would go away, but surprised to find out that removing the prostate is no grantee that the symptoms will go away and can actually cause worse symptoms! I will say that when I was on a very strict KETO diet, I was doing much better. When I added carbs back to my diet is when shit hit the fan! Wow. Your video has mirrored exactly what I’ve been going through. Difficult to explain to anyone who doesn’t have it. Trying all kinds of stuff from typical analgesics and gels and Alfuzosin. CBD balm helps and I wonder if it’s because it’s a muscle relaxant. Will be trying stretching exercises next. It’s comforting to know we’re not alone in this purgatory

Thanks for the stretching video i am 45 years old have had this condition on and off years . I didn't know what it was until people would start talking about the symptoms. Dr said could be cancer . But I have had this on off . Specially the peeing almost every hour on the clock. But I have starting stretching on my own and I have been doing the same stretches you have just doing them unconsciously and it helps alot. But you have shown the proper form and I am going to them . Dont spend your money on doctors cause they really dont know. Urologist wanted to do biopsy and I said know. He did a cystoscopy and since then my penis gets wet all the time. But since I started stretching it has calmed down . Today I ordered that book you were talking about I know it is going to be helpful. Stretching and strengthening that area is going to help . Thank you for the video. God bless

I'm on year 5 of my prostatitis, I'm only 22 and it took until this year to get it diagnosed, I felt absolutely crazy with the looks I was getting from my doctor for years, I've peed and COUNTLESS cups, I've had blood sucked out of me non stop too and forever told that I'm clear and find and I'm sat there with my jeans falling down because I can't wear a belt like what? Fuck you. I was given multiple antibiotics and painkillers throughout the years just as a kind of trial and error process. I've had a cystoscopy that came back clear and got sent home with painkillers and antibiotics again. Worst I've ever had it was 4:5 weeks of CRIPPLING pain, sleep was basically non existent, I more or less gave up on eating because I thought the less stuff packing out down there the better, until I got to a phase of 4 days without passing urine and I saw a bulge on my stomach, got taken to hospital and given an emergency catheter and spent 5 days in hospital. I've personally always been a very happy positive person but during these spells I can't help but think, what the fuck is the point? Now I don't have a suicidal fibre in my body so I get what you mean, you play with the thoughts because you don't see anything clearly at all when you've been in pain for weeks. But fuckit, some genius son of a bitch will invent a pill!

Robert, I feel your pain completely man. I got diagnosed last year, and even after telling me I have prostatitis, my doctors would treat me as if I'm imagining my symptoms. They told me it's normal for people to live in pain. Like hell it is. I would be so angry at them for trivialising my suffering. And the number of urine microscopies and cultures I've been prescribed is insane. I figured out for myself that I need to get my prostate fluid cultured, that urine cultures will throw up absolutely nothing! My first prostate fluid culture pointed me in the right direction - I had bacterial prostatitis. I had already been given heavy doses of antibiotics before this, and the culture result showed they were all resistant! The only answer I could find to this was phage therapy. I went for it and I'm almost fine now. Still undergoing the therapy, and I'm hoping I get okay completely with it.
Please get your prostate fluid cultured if you can. If your prostatitis is bacterial in nature, there is a cure available. Don't give up hope, and don't give up the fight. All the strength to you my friend.

I left the job because of this, i'm also a student and i can't concentrate to study. I feel myself like i was 80 yo not 25. The worst thing is no cure exist for this disease, doctors dont know anything about it, the only way for me is try to handle the symptoms with the lifestyle. I taked everything med (antiinflammatory, antibiotic, quercitine, serenoa, painkiller) I spent a lot of money without getting improvement. Now i'm afraid of the future. Hei man, don't give up, I have been suffering from this condition for over 3 years as well, I will copy paste my treatment, and how it worked for me. I hope the owner of the youtube account does not see this as a spam, I only want to help.
"Brothers, I suffer from chronic prostatitis as well. None of the medication prescribed by the doctos helped, I should say that at first, I had gonorrhea and after it went away, CP remained. After long searches and stuff, nothing really helped. So I tried ayurvedic medicine and boy it helped me a lot. I should say that currently I feel the pain only 10% and for an hour after I ejaculate 20-30% pain. So I would like to tell you what I took and what has actually helped me, and boy I tried lots of suppliments and stuff. Please try and find an ayurvedic healer or doctor and let them know about your problem. Please note that they are not conventional doctors and they will treat you with plants only. Try to avoid coffee and spicy things, drink a lot of water, for me it helps if I drink it with lemons. (Also keep a look out for calcium oxalate, which is basically kidney stones, lots of CP sufferers have this problem with kidney stones) . This doctor gave me powders of the following plants ( Tribulues Terrestris , Calendula Officinalis, Galium Aparine, Avandula Angustifolia, Filipendula Ulmaria,Sambucus Nigra - each has 20 gr) . Now these plants are just normal plants, dried up and then they are made into a powder. Buy all of these plants, mix them all together in a jar, and take them 4 times a day, every 5 hours. You administrate them by putting them sublingualy, which means under your tongue and keep the powder for 20 minutes and after that, drink some water and eat the powder. I know it's a lot but believe me, it's worth it. I do it like this, every morning, after I wake up, I take a spoon of pumpkin seeds and then I keep the powder under my toungue for 20 minutes. While I am doing this, I take a shower, get myself ready for work and after I swallow it, I brush my teeth. I take it at 8 -13-18 and 23 a clock. Also, try bee products, they work as a charm as well. I don't do this very often but Bee polen is very good also, I mix 3 spoons of bee polen in warm water, I mixed it untill it dissolves and then I drink it.
Note : It's ok if you do not keep it 20 minutes, but try to as much as you can, it's just that sublingualy it goes straight into your blood stream and its way better if dont just eat it.
Thank you and I hope it will help you guys, as it has helped me. If this does not work for you, try and find an ayurvedic doctor, it will surely make a differences. Peace brothers."

Dude I'm 24, 7 months in with this thing, we have almost the same age, but I also understand that its been years for you, so I feel you. Check Mike's videos, they have helped me a lot with the stretches and reading "A Headache in the Pelvis". There's different approaches to this but you have to be constant and have an adamant mind. Change your diet to a more clean one, almost plant based, exercise regularly, mostly cardio, and only whatever your body allows, because I know this causes fatigue too.
For some people prostate massage while on antibiotics help, some of the tools even heat up (as to kill the bacteria), I myself would like to try it, but I'm having a nurse teaching me later on.
Change your mindset, this is not permanent, the brain, anxiety, stress, they play a big role on healing you. So don't dwell on despair, I know is difficult, I'm young too and understand that financially is kinda difficult sometimes. I would like to recommend you pro-biotics to help on your flora, cause the antibiotics affect the good bacteria too. And natural herbs can also go along way.
You probably know some of this already, but it never hurts to have additional info.

I’ve attended to my local hospital near the school I work three times and like you had to wait in a queue to be seen. Each time the staff tested my urine and blood samples they couldn’t find any problems. I think they were testing for UTI. I also had a CT Scan once which couldn’t find anything abnormalities either. I wasn’t given any antibiotics or any form of treatment. It’s difficult because I cannot speak the local language and none of the hospital staff speaks English. Communication is difficult because I communicate via translator on my mobile. Thanks to your video I can now go back to the hospital to ask the doctor to look at my prostate and maybe refer me to a specialist.

I got prostatitis for probably 4 years now. It all started with urinary symptoms where I would stop and start and have a weak stream. Went to the doctor in my PSA was high so they put me on antibiotics for a month and my PSA came back down to where it should be for a 32 year old. I think not thinking about it anymore because when you Google anything related to that you think the worst when it isn't. I had that terrible pressure and pain in the rectumwhich has been my main symptom along with hesitancy in urinary issues. I did physical therapy and it really seemed to help for quite a while. Now my symptoms came back again with the rectal pressure and pain and I can't get into PT for another month so if anybody had anything like this feel free to let me know.

Hey dude, thanks for the story, hope things are getting better. I'm 28, and I've been suffering for 2 years and 3 months now. It's interesting to me how much people talk about pain.... I have almost no pain except for when I can feel it become inflamed. BUT oh boy, how much it has deteriorated my life quality and hopes about what I can or should do. It effectively destroys my sex drive and function during those woeful episodes. Pissing is difficult. Depression sinks in real bad. I've given up alcohol almost entirely, I'll allow myself a beer once in a blue moon, but I'm hesitant to even do that. Sometimes exercising makes it worse - probably there's more friction in the area so the thing gets irritated. Sometimes I'll wake up and it'll be pulsating, and then and there I know I'm in for a shitty two weeks at least. Even when the thing isn't ongoing, I've been through it for so long now that I know it's probably just around the corner, which really changes your outlook and expectations about what you should or should not do.
I've been through 3 courses of antibiotics (2 months each), and they haven't helped much, plus they mess your body up real bad after such large doses. I try to test out new stuff on a regular basis. There is a tea called Epilobium Parviflorum, which you drink twice a day, every morning and every evening. I was hoping it would eliminate the thing. It doesn't, but it alleviates the symptoms, so try that out. Pumpkin seed oil helped me as well. Tomatoes. Green apples. Right now I'm trying out an all fruit-vegetable-nuts diet with avocados, apples, pineapple, citrus fruits, tomatoes, rocket salad, corn, almonds. Stuff to avoid - carbonated drinks, delicatessen, spirits of any kind, sugar, spicy food, overly salted food; also, I was never a smoker, but I hear cigarettes aggravate it. If you have any advice on what helps you, let me know, I'm still hopeful and willing to try new things. Feel free to ask if you need more feedback from me.

My brother. Thank you for telling me your story. So many people are sharing how they feel. I wanted to ask you did you read headache in the pelvis yet ? If not please read it. So far it has helped more than any of the medicine that I have taken. One of the most important parts of the book is that I am not alone. There are people who are working on helping us get better. I started stretching and doing meditation. Every time i feel that i have to pee. I right then and there let lose of my stomach and let my muscle relax. it helps so much. Before bed every night i stretch for 10 to 15 minutes and do 5 to 10 minutes of meditation before sleep. I felt that this allows me to sleep better and feel no pain. I enjoy eating and drinking all foods. At least for me the coffee used to brother me and so did spicy food. But now it doesn't effect me at all

I haven't yet, but thanks, will give it a go. I've started doing meditation, but just a few days ago, so it will take some time before I figure out whether that helps. Do try to find that tea I mentioned to you. It's been the best thing for me so far. Like I said, it doesn't heal anything, but it makes the symptoms far more bearable.
      Thanks bro

Canadian, I developed prostatitis and epididimytis in Japan too. It started the moment I sprint to the train station, turned into hard abdominal twitching 24/7, took 18mos to receive antibiotics. It returned every 2-4years after that. Last time cured with Ciprofloxacin, but returned. It always gets confused with appendicitis, but it’s not. ‘Stinging Nettle’ tea not ‘Nestle’, helps relieve the pain. You can find that in Japan at fancy tea shops. Good luck. This shit never ends

Hey man sorry about my late response. I was in china. No youtube out there. i had that too but the stretching has saved my life. There are some days it comes back, but i noticed when i eat too much or don't stretch. I would really recommend stretching when you wake up and when you go to sleep. I also would recommend doing a quick stretch in the bathroom before peeing and right after. i have some pain but it's so minimal. it seems like yours is worse than mine but after stretching... i have been a changed man.

One of my cousins was going through something similar and what helped him was a few things. First he gave up alcohol and coffee, then his doctor recommended that he should take electrolytes because he was dehydrated from drinking, and then a friend from his work recommended that he should see this physical therapist who new how to work on the pelvic floor internally. The therapist found some tight muscle groups and released them. He now lives pain free. I thought that was pretty cool because he suffered for 3 years with all that pain. He would literally cry tears in front of me and I didn’t know what to do, but he’s cool now. Maybe that’s something that could help you. Good luck bro.

hey mate, brave post. More guys need to talk about this issue; it's far more common than people realise, but usually hidden
It hit me a couple of years ago out of the blue; a lot lot better now; but it took a looong time. Also took a long for it to sink in that is wasn't an infection , but related to my stress and anxiety...

      @maxstuardo6572 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

Hey man; thanks for your reply. My story pretty much is; it hit me; boom!; out of the blue about 2 years ago. I spent about 9 months running around to different doctors and doing every test (all normal); believing there must be an infection or something.....but like most of us everything is "normal" and there is no infection.
My recovery was really helped by realising this and jumping off the doctor and tests merry-go-round and letting go of the anxiety associated with that every time I got a flare.
Realising anxiety and tensing has a lot (all?) to do with it and getting that under control... started reading "headache in the pelvis" and doing some of the relaxation and stretching techniques has been really helpful and also taking up a meditation practice.
Some phytomedicinces like quercetin have also helped me I think.
Finally realising this condition comes and goes but slowly over time gets less and less has also really helped my recovery ; to become less caught up with my symptoms when they recur.
I still get it a bit but i would say is 85% then at first and continues to improve.
Good luck mate; you will heal and get better!

Usually when it happens it happens when I’m sleeping and I’ll wake up in excruciating pain and it felt like someone just kicked me in the nads. I usually just pop a couple of Advils when it flares up and I’m usually good after 15-20 minutes. But sometimes I’ll just wake up and start crying because the pain is so excruciating, I definitely relate to the feeling that my testicle has been twisted

If you hold back ejeculation to last longer, you need to stop doing it as that can trigger prostatitis in some people.
Next time you see a doctor, ask to get a culture of the expressed prostatic secretions and a sensitivity test to rule out chronic bacterial prostatitis.
Since you work out, it could also be caused by an injured nerve.
The problem with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome is that it's defined by symptoms rather than pathology and many things can cause same symptoms.

Does anyone with chronic prostatitis ever have pain in the perineum area? I've been suffering with this condition for the past 4 months but just had the typical symptoms - urinating frequently, dribbling, having to really push the urine out when I have a full bladder, burning sensation when peeing. But starting three days ago, I now have dull pain in my perineum. It hurts just to sit down. Because this is a new symptom, I'm concerned it is a prostatic abscess. I've been to two urologists and none of them know which tests to order to find out what's going on, so I just give up. Like another user commented, it's like you have to educate them about the condition.

Burning urination, muscle spasms in pelvic area, cloudy urine, painful ejaculation, increased pain with sitting, constant pelvic pain, frequent urination, urinary retention, horrible lower back pain and obviously a lot of anxiety. I can not stress enough how much my mental health has negatively affected this condition. Among other things like my deit and lack of exercise.
So now i am going to list some things that have brought me some releif, flower pollen extract reallllly helped with the painful urination in my opinion, i also take prostavec it is a tincture for the prostate has helped with frequent urination, i also changed my diet i cut out processed foods and really just any junk food, for a while i went raw vegan so only raw fruits and vegies which honestly really helped with syptoms but that diet us very hard to i stsrted eating organic chick and salmon aswell, keeping my carb intake at a minimum, if you are going to have carbs have sweet potatoes or whole grains. As for mental health it is very easy to get stressed out with prostatitis "what if its cancer" "what if i can never have sex again" "the pain might never go away" things will get better. Like i said i am not cured in anyway but i have made chronic proststitis and CPPS manageable, and am hopeful that one day it will be completely gone.

I'm getting this now! 😔😵 Mine is a DULL ache on the right side. It's NOT sharp, but it's a discomfort. Sometimes I feel it radiate to my lower back, lower abdomen to my right testes. It gets relieved when I urinate. Sometimes I feel like I got to relieve gas! Is that how it feels??? I will be turning 41 yrs. of age this June.

Hey man, did you get discharge? I was tested and came back negative for STD’s. I was put on antibiotics for a week and it went away but then it came back. I do have the same symptoms as you. My doc says they don’t know. I do pretty good when I don’t drink coffee. I also see that you said you work out. I also workout and was taking these energy drink called bang with a lot of caffeine in them. Daily. I know caffeine can cause inflammation but I’m wondering if pre workout and/or caffeine is linked to this?

Does anyone know how to deal with the summer bathing, swimming on the sea, pool and other stuff like that. My doctor told me that I have to emediately change the weet shorts once I am out of water. I am trying to stay away totally from anything cold, he told that cold is bad for the prostate and that the best thing to do is drinking very hot camomile morning & evening + hot baths. I have been on antibiotics for months and now I am trying with a recktal herb thing that is supposed to get me healed up. Many thanks, stay strong. 😊

It is so common that no one talks about it.
2 years here, fluctuating between good and bad. Feels nice in a way to read your comments and listen to you Mike. Stay strong everyone, turmeric tea will relieve symptoms. It's an anti inflammatory tea, something asian doctors prescribe to cpps patients.

Yes sir I did! Thanks to you I found my trigger point which has been very helpful. Glad to hear that you are better, remember that what doesn't kill you makes us stronger.
Also try out Turmeric Tea. Get some Turmeric spice, milk or soy milk, honey and some cinnamon. Heat up the Milk, add a teaspoon of spice / honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Trust me it helps a lot. Stay strong.

Since Jan 2012 I've had this horrible condition and feel your pain. I find a few repeats of Norfloxacin does help and gets it under control. The trouble is having doctors want to prescribe extended doses of it. In some cases people can be on Norfloxacin for a full year! Stress levels do contribute to flare ups. Keep your hydration up and don't allow yourself to become dehydrated as this will cause flare ups.

Nathaniel Chapman I'm right there with you! I'm 38 and been dealing with this since I was a teen-ager! I take my 6 weeks of antibiotics and I'm good for 6 months or a year. Then it always returns! I always know when it's returning. I will start having Burning/Pressure, after ejaculations. It will last 30-45 minutes! It's awful! Sometimes it's more than you can handle! Hang in there!
