I literally don't own any kitchen measuring devices. I eyeball everything. Been cooking by "feel" for decades. Of course as a teen, I followed recipes; but once you get the hang of it, it's nothing. Cooking is easy.
That's the reflex they all have. You don't have to stick to the right quantity as long as the proportion are mostly balanced. The lesson here is : don't ever eyeball a thing while baking.
Like one of them said, you can do that once you've done the recipe a million times, so you have a good feel on how much stuff there is and what it should look and feel like, but none of them had done it before.

Once she learns how many hours are in a day, and learns how to melt butter, and has been working at BA for as many years as the people she's comparing herself to, maybe she'll be able to command a higher salary. Until then, she's a nobody with only 10 months at the company and doesn't deserve more money just because of her skin color. If she's unhappy, she should have applied for a better job, but she couldn't have gotten a better job because she doesn't have the resume.

Once she learns how many hours are in a day, and learns how to melt butter, and has been working at BA for as many years as the people she's comparing herself to, maybe she'll be able to command a higher salary. Until then, she's a nobody with only 10 months at the company and doesn't deserve more money just because of her skin color. If she's unhappy, she should have applied for a better job, but she couldn't have gotten a better job because she doesn't have the resume.
