The bad part is most air bnb are totally illegal hardly any of them are paying a lodging tax to the state, usually the curtains are closed because they know there rooms aare illegal dwellings. They do this because it is against all codes to have a rental on a single family residential properties. Most are on efu land that is zoned for farming they won't let anyone next to efu build a habitual dwelling dew to the contamination factors you are at risk to when exposed to the soils that they spray , vinyared put out a shit ton of round up every year to kill the grass under the grapes . Things like this is why air bnb is illegal.ask your host if they have and pay lodging tax, are they licenced and permitted. And now days do they require masks.
