Your story is my story and I am so grateful that you were both transparent enough to share it with the world and those who understand the gift of life and everything in it. Land is the opportunity to share, be blessed, and be a blessing for generations to come just like the trees.
Super inspiring! I really connected with the part where you guys talked about drawing about the future while still being proud and grateful of where you currently are.
my biggest question here is since there are new Airbnb rules in California restricting how many days a house could be rented on Airbnb per year, do these new laws also affect tents like those?
Of course California would have that... anything to hinder your growth. Feels like they want people to go to the hotels and motels instead of supporting independently owned private rentals.
So much fricken nonsense words. I was hoping for practical advice for a video titled a Successful Air BnB with yurts. Instead it's just words like memories,dream, nature, community. When I was expecting words more like hurdles, profit, expense.
@Salty Sage We are sorry you didn't find what you were looking for. LANDiO sells land and we often make videos about the endless possibilities of land ownership. With these videos we strive to show the level of success one can achieve when one owns their own land. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Practical advice for anything that is canvas. Yurt, wall tent, bell tent. It's cheaper and faster to put together than most short term rentals. But and it's a big But. The upkeep and maintenance is absolutely rediculous. I'm phasing out my glamping sites. It isn't worth the time and money I'm putting into them. Even the new trendy geodesic domes. You will be replacing the tents, yurts whatever yearly. You will be cleaning and treating the canvas every few months. It gets dirty and moldy fast. With more cleaning and treating comes wearing of the canvas. Guests want that canvas to look like it's brand new all the time. It is non stop work. Also you will be buying bedding, towels, pillows A LOT. The other things inside you'll be replacing yearly or every other yr.

@ibrahim hadid This does not effect Green Acres since it is a lodging experience.

@@n0xxm3rcyxx absolutely, they only want the rich to get money
@@ibrahimhadid9257 Best of luck, hope it works out for you, I really do.
Oh. I'm so visiting!
Can I bring my westfalia???
Tell us about the permit process? Other people want to build these but ignorant city clerks don't want to hear it
Thanks for sharing this great video!!!🤙🏿
@Ulysee Woods, thank you!
Those aren’t yurts... they’re bell tents
Oh my god, this video is super extra.
@louididdy 😍
Do you still have this property? How many acres?
@carlos M This is showcasing our friends over at Green Acres in the Texas hill country.

Man I’m glad someone was able to put into words exactly what I felt...a bunch of campy hippy words and no real substance

ABSOLUTELY AGREE! THEY DUDES ARE GAYS OR SOMETHING, all stupid liberal nonsense- nothing about utilities per example!
Is This Weekend Rental Property In Brenham Please Reply
@Laverne Hampton This property is near Bastrop, Texas, a little over an hour West of Brehnam.
This video literally said nothing about buying and operating an AirBnB. Barely even went over the property. What was the point?
To much bragging not enough showing property
Home tour less blah blah blah
Your 8 seconds are up
These guys sound like hippies. Excellent concept though for airbnb use
Or gays
Endlessly repeating uninspiring areal and huge flag on a barn footage... Who thought it was a good idea?
