  • The last emperor of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, had three marriages in his lifetime. We have previously talked about the stories of his second wife, Soraya, and his third wife, Farah. Now, let's talk about the story of the first queen of the Pahlavi dynasty, who was also a princess of Egypt named Fawzia.

      Interestingly, she and Vivien Leigh share a birthday, November 5, with Vivien being older (1913 for Vivien and 1921 for Princess Fawzia), and Hedy Lamarr is also a Scorpio beauty born November 9, 1914.

      You can see that in her behavior and in the factor servants would even happy to see her or I should say former servants you see you don't need a crown or Tiara should be a princess or queen, but you do have to have the right behavior and how you treat other people and this she had the kingdom doesn't exist anymore he married a commoner she chose a commoners life but while you could take away the crown or the tiara and even the kingdom you can see that she still was in every respect a princess, can you say that about today's bunch of Ratty princesses and princes in places like England do they really know how to be.

    I think this needs to be said. The reason her marriage was unhappy was NOT because it was arranged but because of the attitudes of her husband, her husband's family, and possibly (just because no one is completely blameless in relational issues) herself. The success of a marriage is not based on if it was for love or not, it is based on the attitudes of the people involved. Look at marriages for love...they don't have a great track record. Both the husband and the wife need to enter the marriage choosing to treat the other with love and respect no matter how they feel. Both people need to be faithful and committed for life actually and seriously. Both people need to be selfless and put the other person's needs above their own. Tell me, if someone treated you like that, of course you'd fall in love with them/stay in love with them. This is the way marriages survive, not from how they start, but from how they continue. I come from a long line of strong happy marriages on both sides of my family and from parents who have been married for over 30 years. I am also currently very happily married to the love my life and guess what....it only gets better :).

    Princess Fawzia was the love of the life of the Shah of Iran. When she fled to her country, Egypt, he tried to appease her and get her back by all means. She did not accept, and he kept remembering her until the end of his life, according to what he wrote in his memoirs about her, and his stay at the end of his life in the palace that witnessed their marriage ceremony was probably not a coincidence.

      Soraya was the True Love of his unhappy life. He did not rule at all the Court made up of notable land owners of varied regions. Until the US took over with The Oil. A life of servitude that served as a figure head with others wielding powers and his terrible Mother Father. Even the sisters meddled in his life.

    • @falconm9792
      @falconm9792 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      @@lowesonia8551 It's okay if you want Princess Soraya to be the love of his life, but his diary says otherwise. The Shah's regime is like all the regimes installed by the West. Its continuation depended on the need for it, and when the need for the Shah's regime ended, he had to go. The Shah lived a difficult life during the last period of his life after America abandoned him and agreed with Khomeini. He suffered greatly from his health and died in Egypt after a difficult surgery. And the same thing continued with his family, so his youngest daughter committed suicide, then his youngest son, and the Iranian people got their share of suffering under the new religious regime.

      Not true! The shah married Fawzieh mostly due to political reasons. The marriage was insisted by his Father, Reza Shah the Great and it was with the aim of tightening the political ties between Egypt and Iran!
      The most loved wife was queen Soraya and then queen Farah! Queen Farah is our love too, because of all the things she had done for Iran's art and culture and everything!

    Her father Fuad is Albanian.... In 1913, Fuad made unsuccessful attempts to secure the throne of Albania for himself, which had obtained its independence from the Ottoman Empire a year earlier. At the time, Egypt and Sudan was ruled by his nephew, Abbas II, and the likelihood of Fuad becoming the monarch in his own country seemed remote. This, and the fact that the Muhammad Ali dynasty was of Albanian descent, encouraged Fuad to seek the Albanian throne.[3]

    This is a woman who no matter what happened she would never be a commoner and it has more to do with her personality behavior and even training. But then again she came from another time a time in which one was expected to do their Duty no matter what but it shows also her personality but even her servants were happy to see her that means she was a person was truly Noble because she made it her business to be the kind of person they would want to see again. And that is something you can't buy like a tiara or crown that is not something you cannot acquire by marriage it is something that has to be either within you or you are trained to do so and therefore you are not something bought/ordered but rather something you've had all along.

      @@kolaxx7183 , true but all the royal families of Europe are related by blood and as far as Jordan, when it was formed after the Second World War, by the British, its king was selected from a Saudi clan who claims to be descendants of Mohammad, So that there is smaller chance of complaints and claims. In fact all the true Arabs of the Middle East ( not Arabized people like Egyptians, Syrians, Lebanese ,etc) come from the same people. The borders and countries they define were later ( recently, in the 20th century ) set by the British.

      Exactly! Egypt and Iran had (have) a common enemy: 🇬🇧
      Although Iran was never colonized, the UK tried their best to exploit Iran. But the great Reza Shah prevented that. He was the one who wanted Iran and Egypt to be closer & arranged this marriage for his son.
      We Iranians ❤ love Egyptians. And we owe so much to the Egyptian nation and people & president Anwar Saddat for giving a royal sanctuary to our king ❤🙏

    Come on, she is from other country....never met him before only met 2 times just before wedding. Everything too difficult to hjis young girl and language barrier. Shah must have been stand by her and help her and patient.
