    Does this TH-camr know how hard TCS people work? What's this attitude of trivialising other people's work. These content creators with 10 - 100 people are running sophisticated "companies" whereas software engineers from billion dollar companies are chilling. God save that 1%.

      TCS people work hard but 90 % dollar money is going to TCS as commission and peanuts as salaries to employees. Work directly for the client that TCS is serving. That is how you become rich.

    what Sharan Hegde is saying to save consciously or intelligently where does he keep it when he pays huge amount to walk Cannes film festival paid promotion, its a vc backed firm, so obviously VC must be asking the updates on where is the output so more paid promotions required....as only showing graph and pi charts doesnt come money in account...people need to enroll and then bakra gets halal....so there are many FINFLUENCERS

    Ok is it me or his conversation about work life balance just sounds ignorant and entitled considering he is not at the place of employees . He overworks them by saying that their respective roles don’t have any work life balance. And whether you decide to do the same determines your hunger for the job . It’s just sad

      I think it depends on how much shareholding they’re getting in return. Basically if the company turns unicorn and founders become multimillionaires and the people don’t make a killing for themselves then it’s not justified, we can’t comment on whether they are getting sufficient ESOPs to meet his super high expectations from the employees

    Why everything is compared to bollywood..every person is talented and unique in their own way. To survive, everyone does hard work and we really dont know what they are going through in their personal lifes. The bottom line is get inspired and stop spreading hatredness.
