We call them "k-rock" too!! Korean rock could be much more appreciated if people accepted that Asians also know how to make good music, including Rock. A band like Xdinary Heroes, with such strong musicians and vocalists, creative and innovative minds, deserves to achieve success and recognition. So I'm very happy when I see people like you giving them a chance! They are wonderful when it comes to covers too, always being faithful to the original song but still adding their own style.
Im so glad you checked them out!!! Their music is a rabbit hole that ive been in for almost 2 years! You probably dont know this song but its a kpop song, HOWEVER. They covered it and literally made it ROCK! It’s called tomboy by (G)i-dle and xdinary heroes covered it about a year and a half ago❤️ its my absolute favorite!
Also a middle aged white person and went the same route you did. Stray Kids was what made me say "oh hey there's a place in my play lists for kpop" and then I heard XH and fell in love. They had like, 6 songs at the time and I've been waiting with bated breath for the next and the next and then the next comeback ever since. This cover made me so happy.
New to kpop, discovered a year ago. I like so many group including stray kids, but when I discovered this kids OMG! I love them ! First time I am calling myself a fandom name: I am a villain and proud of it. Should definitely check more covers and their own music which is awesome, not to skip. They are drop new album by the end of this month! Soooo excited! Do more reviews on them please, this was great!
Compared to kpop groups they are not that popular because rock is not big in Korea, but they deserve so much more for their talent and work. Hope to see more XH on your channel, all their covers and albums are amazing. They will release a new album at the end of april too.

I attended their concert around 2 weeks ago and I can say that they're truly amazing live! They have a lot of great songs and the feeling of the crowd singing and vibing with them is a wondrous experience! I hope you do check out more of their stuff. They do have both hard core and chill/slow songs. I hope more people will get to know Xdinary Heroes 🤍
I’ll be looking forward to seeing them in concert if they ever play here in the US anywhere within driving distance! I’d love to see them. And I agree I hope more people like get to know them as well

SK has sooo many talents! Employed and (unfortunately) unemployed. It’s worth exploring all facets of SK music and entertainment industry, because there are multitudes of hidden gems.
