Nice conveyer. You could tie into the splitters hydraulic system and put a hydraulic motor on the conveyer. That way you will only need to run one gas engine .
Зачем конвейер так далеко и высоко стоит? У дроворуба подвижным должна быть пятка, а нож находиться в конце - тогда разрубленное полено само вываливалось бы на конвейер. Экономия 50% сил работника и ускорение процесса...
Are you looking to use like a 16' hay conveyor, or a real long one? I bought pretty much everything from Surplus Center. I ran a gas engine which runs about 3600rpms, so I had to double up the pully reduction. If you use an electric motor, they are 1740-1800rpms, so you more than likely wouldn't need to double reduce like I did. You can do the math to compute the final rpms, but until you see it in action, you really don't know. Good luck!
I really like the conveyer !!

Thanks, but we don't always run it with a splitter. Sometimes load from stacks or a split pile.

Looking to make one out of a hay elevator. What size pulleys and what are they off of?

It’s probably 16’ foot or less. Going to use a gas powered motor.
@@rwh0659 gas powered gets complicated...lol. you don't live in Southern michigan....by chance? Ha
No I sure don’t.
