I've known George for 32 years and i can attest for his love of all these cars. The only one i did see was a 1988 white mustang 5.0 hatchback... that was a sexy car. he had the same style mesh wheels with a white trim.
I did think that originally in 2004 when fast n the furious was out but I did remember muscle cars have been orange for a lot longer. Obviously I own one now
Awesome car! I have an 02 gt with a kenne bell 2.1 non intercooled kit that came on the car. I put in an mgw shifter. Im thinking about doing 3:73 or 4:10 gears. I was leaning toward 3:73 but the fact that my non intercooled kit makes less power than intercooled has me thinking i might want 4:10s?
Sometimes 410’s are too much for the manual with boost. The 1st gear is short. Autos have a better time with 410s in this case. My bullitt is supercharged with 410’s and it’s harder to use first gear. Mine is at a higher power level though. I would recommend the 373’s. Is there a way to add an intercooler to your kit?
Thank you for the reply. I talked with Kenne Bell on the phone and they said that I could purchase the intercooler kit for $1,600. I would probably pay to have it installed. Which I could do, but from what I'm reading online that will be getting to a power level where the rods and pistons could have problems? Is this true? Or is 380-400 wheel horsepower pretty safe with a good tune?
@beecravey7 Anything under 450 is pretty safe. 400 is just fine. I would be more interested in getting that done since it’s not good for the car to run so hot. I’m surprised companies even sell non intercooled kits to begin with.
Good day how can I tell if I have a traction control on my GT without just going by the button lol and also is the 04 GT and the 04 V6 Rear end completely interchangeable? I have to get the drive shaft and U joints or no thank you
And these Mustangs are going up in price for some reason people are buying them I remember I got my V6 Mustang 2002 for only $2000 And now a V6 Mustang with the same mileage has minds goals for $4000
@@justin.c_svt I have recently flushed my coolant cuz it smelt real bad. So I flushed it twice. A few days later I noticed a light non thick film inside my reservoir. It was only where I could see. Secondly the car doesn’t overheat there is no substance on the dipstick nor is the car blowing white clods of smoke. I’m wondering what the issues could be if there is any? I’m also wondering if it could be desosits from the flush still residing in the system.. any ideas

Really dig this car. My car is the same interior spec, but no Mach 460. Really like the OEM GT cluster, not a fan of the white face gauges everyone does. I found a set of GT IUP headrests, like you were talking about, but I need to have them recovered, they don't match quite right. Keep up the good work on your videos.

I would stick with the GT bumper and mach 1 chin spoiler but in the case of making an agressive looking GT thats more modified, I like this approach

I love the old school looking wheels. I had similar wheels on my 92 gt. The 2vs sound so good. My 03 gt just sounds incredible. Thats a beautiful car.

I have a friend who has astock mustang gt thats about 5 years old and makes around 460 h.p. with no supercharger.

When you flushed it did you drain the system completely? Usually when you empty the reservoir it has muck on the bottom that needs to be cleaned out
