    와~ 5분 따라했는데 너무 숨차고 힘듬
    계속 노력할께요
    몸은 안 따라주지만 진짜 이번에 운동
    열심히해서 에스라인 근처라도 가본다
    이 악물고 초 절식하며 다이어트중
