    Thank you for providing such inspiring and insightful content🙏🏻 I as well have two boys💙💙 When the oldest got sick with leukemia a year ago, I really has tried to take small baby steps towards bettering our health as a family, to make sure all of us get through this in the best possible way 💪🏻 Right now I am reading the book “Atomic Habit” and are soaking it all up🙌 Such an inspiring book. He talks a lot about your everyday habits, being the key to succeed towards the life you want. I therefore would love a video on how your typical day is in regard to your habits. For example: 1. Getting up (is alarm set? Kids in your bed or not, look at phone etc.) , 2. Make breakfast (do you know what you and the kids will have, or take it as it comes) 3. Drink coffee, 4, get ready (is clothes for you and the kids prepared the night before). 5.6.7 and so forth 😊 Would love to see how your habits and habit stacking is😊 loads of love from an old follower living in Denmark😘

    Hey girl, thank you so much for these tips! As of the past year, I have been going through it with my mental health and my physical health because of work and family drama. Because of this, I have lost a lot of weight, always so tired, loss of iron, and other nutrients as I’m not eating well, and not loving cooking anymore, and what’s really taken a beating is my hair. Which has fallen out a lot to the point where I had to go from being a Blondie my whole life to dying it brown just to help save it/keep it healthier. And I hate it.. So any motivational videos on how to keep a healthy lifestyle, very simple and easy new food recipes with a few ingredients, any good workout tips to stay motivated, and any tips on keeping healthy hair and skin from the inside out would be super helpful. Out of all the TH-camrs I follow, you’re the most active and positive Person which I appreciate and keeps me constantly thinking about healthier lifestyle/ops options. I’m a very small TH-camr as well, so I know everything you see online is not as perfect as it may appear but I can tell your heart is genuine, especially with your kids, as kids are always so honest and they are very happy in every Vlog. I definitely want to start being more open and do a few cooking and health videos. I just haven’t been mentally prepared over the past one to two years but I am praying that this year is going to be a lot different and a more happy and healthier year. I definitely love all of your weekly vlogs especially when you do behind-the-scenes of photo shoots, and when you go to the warehouse etc. May 2024, bring you new adventures, many blessings, and most importantly, good health. 🙏🏼💕

    Yesss, reading is better vs scrolling social media. Also, positive affirmations in the morning, during the day or evening or all of the above! You can clean up listening to affirmations, do dishes, drive to work, whatever. It's winter in Canada and I don't do winter sports, but I've been walking my dogs every day for 20-40 minutes minimum for over 2 years. Walking outside is a great mood booster (oxygen, sun, nature...). Also, yep, eating a bunch of fruit & veggies made my dry skin look so much better. Drinking a fair amount of carrot juice gives a lovely glow. I totally advocate for a whole food plant-based diet, but it can be a challenge at times. I've got health issues so I'm motivated to keep it up for my health and longevity. Happy and healthy 2024!

    Sarah I could listen to you talk for hours!! I feel like Im just listening to my big sis or auntie on the phone chatting about life! Any chit chat video you make I would love! it would be cool to hear you talk now about starting your fitness journey from start to now and if you would go back and change anything or what you liked that you did etc. I feel like you have discussed this time to time but it would be cool to hear in a longer form video and your perspectives now in that you seem and say your in your most healthy balanced time in your life, and I feel like that is what a lot of us are in search for, while still being able to achieve out physic goals or other goals in general.     You stand out tip for me is the 15 minute timer. I get so stresses about my home with a 4 year old and 9 month old, plus work, life and an untidy home makes my mind so fuzzy! But little bits if tackling tasks sounds achievable. Love it! ❤️

    Okay so ever since I moved north in the US, my skin has been SUPER dry during the winters. I also deal with hormonal acne. So what I do at night: gentle cleanse, leave the skin damp; sometimes I will use a non-alcohol witch hazel with aloe to rewet the skin. I use the COSRX snail mucin stuff - I know some people are freaked out by that but I can't walk around with painful, cracked skin. I then use the Hero probiotic moisturizer - very simple, and I mix it with the Naturium Skin Soothing Recovery Face Lotion and apply it like a face mask. I let it soak in and get tacky, and then I massage it in fully. I then use The Ordinary Squalane oil and apply it generously - I wanna shine from outer space. I then put any tretinoin on after that once it is all soaked in.

    Yes I would love more chats and sit downs like this! Would love to see a vid where you talk about all the fitness/diet phases you’ve been through and reflect on how your body and mind felt during those times compared to how you feel now.
    And I would love to see a vid on your journey with PCOS! What was recommended from your doc, what you did holistically, if you still have symptoms. I have friends and family who have PCOS and I’d love to share a vid with them on if you found things that helped.

    We also have the no phone zones. All phones have to be plugged in our kitchen at night, we all have actual alarm clocks in our rooms so that we don't have to use them for that. Its so nice.

    15 min timer is life changing. My son asked me last week what my best advice for life and this was one of them. I use it for all areas of life to break the big tasks down
