From what I know sir, main factors that makes the car vibrate are tire problems, out of balance wheels, axle problems, brake issues, and engine problems. Toyota takes pride on its durable stock parts sir and hearing that vibrating occurs despite its a brand new one is concerning. i suggest you let that one checked as early as you can sir
