    3:20 අර එහා පැත්තෙ එකාට curl ගහන විදිය කියල දෙනන කවුරුවත් නැත්ද. එකා curl ගහන්ව කියල හිතල shoulders වලට exercise කරන්නේ. Elbow එක හැම තැනම.

    I don’t like training chest and tricep on the same day and I never train my back and bicep on the same day at all. It’s is a personal preference suits my body. There are many other options.

    in the first exercise your telling not to take the forearm with the curl but bicep also has a function called shoulder flexion so in my opinion using the bicep to do supination, elbow flexion and shoulder flexion could target the bicep even more.
