    වසර 10 කටත් කලින් pullover exercise එක ඕනවට වඩා බර දාල ඕනවට වඩා බිමට පාත් කරලා වැරදියට කරලා, බෙන්ච් ප්‍රෙස් හරකෙක් මෙන් අධික බර දමා shoulder මට්ටමේ සිට වැරදියට කිරීම නිසා shoulder වලට කෙලවගැනීමේ(shoulder impingement, rotator cuff, ligament tear ) අත්දැකීම අදටත් වේදනාවෙන් විඳිමි. එදා අපට මෙවැනි කෝච් ලා සිටියේ නැත. ඔබට ජය

    Squeeze the upper back and pop out the chest. Keep the shoulder down while pressing. Like back double bicep pose position. Don’t lock the elbows on the top. Mind muscle connection.
