    3:40 DYNAMIC FLEXIBILITY WARMUP
    - 2 traveling forward/backwards, 1-2 laps
    - 2 dynamic, 2-3 minutes
    Progressions
    1-2 laps (walking)
    2-3 minutes (dynamic)
    4 Different Exercises:
    4:32 Trailing Forward
    5:30 Trailing Backwards
    6:52 Horizontal Barbell Rotation
    8:30 Barbell Step Over
    10:05 STRENGTH & STABILITY
    Progressions
    45-60 seconds, and increase to 60-90 seconds
    Can vary intensity
    7 Different Exercises:
    11:05 Bullfighter Forward & Backwards
    13:05 Vertical Barbell Pass
    14:50 Cauldrons
    16:26 Figure Eights
    18:16 Kayak Pulls
    19:35 Kayak Pushes
    20:54 Chest Press with Squat
    22:27 COORDINATION / AGILITY / POWER / SPEED
    - Splitting - Jumping - Rotating
    - Add fins for more of a challenge
