Corvo has a better variety of powers and MUCH MUCH better resourcefulness and responses. Lore Accuracy also means Corvo wants Daud dead so he is immedietly aggressive, Daud just wants to atone for what he did so he wont fight as aggressively. Corvo wins soley on versitility and motivation. Better BIQ on direct confrontation, his powers reflect that. Windblast, Possession, Summon Rats, etc. Very aggressive moveset. Daud has better BIQ on *stealth* his powers reflect that too. A more instant blink, time stop, Void Gaze, Summon Assassin. Very good for stealth! Unfortunately, in terms of lore accuracy Corvo wins because of versitility and adaptability as the Royal Protector!
Unrelated question. So when Billie fled, did she get to keep the borrowed powers from Daud? or was it at least mentioned how long she was able to keep it, since she didn't seem to possess any or at least didn't show to have them in D2 or DOTO?
It is faster to eliminate everyone, if he sleep darts the first, then kills the second. If he used regular darts, he would have to aim for headshot to kill, thus taking more time, as one regular dart to the body doesnt kill.

I doubt it. This looked like a really high chaos run and lorewise Daud is supposed to be alive for the second game which means Corvo is supposed to have enough justification to not kill Daud when taking revenge.

Considering that most of the overseers we see in the Flooded District as Corvo were interrogated and/or killed, it is likely that Daud killed most, but spared a few for the sake of interrogation. Though Daud was committed to redeeming himself, keeping the overseers alive with knowledge of his base puts his Whalers at risk, so he really has no choice but to execute them.
