In my case, the carriage did not return to the centre. I had to call HP support and they told me to unplug everything, turn it off and then on again and wait for it to go back and forth. To cut a long story short, it is now working! Thanks for this video, which otherwise does what it says on the tin.

A3 duplex colour printing and flatbed scanning plus fax plus accessibility for Mac, Windows, Android, iPhone and iPad via Ethernet, USB and WiFi is incredible value. Also, the built in intelligence re paper orientation and size, cartridge replacement and so on. Very happy with the functionality for the price. I'd been hunting for sometime for a single device that did all the above, and could hardly believe it when I stumbled on this one. Great piece of design and engineering.
Can you mix and match 932/933 and 932XL/933XL? My 7612 ran out of yellow only, so I'm wondering if I have to get the entire set of 4 cartridges with the same capacities.
Yes you can. It is not uncommon for someone to have a Black XL cartridge, and regular cartridges for the other colours, depending on a person's printing habits.
Please see the "Paper Handling Specifications" within the: Printer Specifications for HP Officejet 7610, 7612 Printers - ( ow.ly/vQYx302tolV ). In that you will find all the supported paper sizes, types and material "weights". If the type of paper fits within the specifications it should be good.

Same case for me. The carriage doesn’t go to center. I’ve unplugged everything and then on again but it’s not working. Somebody help please!
