Pepper's" which btw is considered to be the greatest album of all time. In terms of inspiration, there are WAY more bands that were/are inspired by The Beatles. Don't make guarantees you can't back up. You may like Queen more than The Beatles but that doesn't make you right. Just means you like Queen more.

This version you've put together took me straight back to hitting a bucket with sticks along to the song. Superb musicianship. Thank you. From rain soaked Scotland.

This is amazing and same with Nick the Edge's covers, but it also gives me some sadness. I am not quite as old as the boys from U2 but close. So I grew up with them. No one is covering their latest stuff. Their early stuff is pure brilliance. I will say the best band from 1980-92 ever in my mind. But again, now in my 50's, like U2, I appreciate. When you are 20, life and your experiences is different from when you are 40 or 50. And there is no way to hide or duplicate this. So like a fine vintage of wine, enjoy the best years.

What i love about this is not just the incredible musician ship, which is obvious to anyone with more than a Van Gough ear. It is that the filing is in such a naturally location, with shoes on the. Floor and and stacks of books in the case.
First time I heard this song was in Perth, WA, end of august 1984, and I fell in love with it instantly. Since then, I've never heard anyone, except the Edge, play it as if they actually knew what they were doing. I think you nailed it. They should invite you on stage. EDIT: OMG but they actually DID! And you deserve it! I felt your happiness when I saw you there playing and singing with the band, and it made me happy as well.

I watched this a second time and really like this New Years day cover, even fine-tuned my own version of it! The muted plucking up and down the full octave and finishing on the 12 fret harmonic on the g string during the verses takes some serious practice to coordinate.
