      The transform tool takes the all if I want to move just one thing:(

    • @Drawfishan
      @Drawfishan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have multiple objects on the same layer then the transform tool will select all of them. To select one specific element of the layer use selection tool. I have a tutorial on that as well. Please check that out :)

      Please elaborate on the question? It is too vague.

      Open your image in krita and then right click and copy layer then bring it in to the file you want. Go to layers panel and paste layer. Krita does not have the function to drag and drop images so you have to go in a round about way of doing it. Hope this helped.

    Hello, thank you for this excellent tutorial. I keep running into the same problem with the move tool though; instead of moving the object, it creates a duplicate and moves that. Is there any way to fix this? It could be because I'm completely new to Krita and have done something wrong... Thank you so much once again.

      I think that the newer version is having some problems as there are different things that seem to be going wrong. But I may be wrong.

    How do I move a single element within a layer. I have a face layer. I just want to be able to draw around the eye and adjust just that. After you have moved your selection how do you stop the move tool to allow you to draw a new area to move

    • @Drawfishan
      @Drawfishan  ปีที่แล้ว

      Use the selection tool and create a selection around the element. Then use the move tool to move it. When you are done use Ctrl+Shift+A to unselect the selection.

    Thank you for the tutorial. I was looking to learn more about the transform tool of Krita and you showed me everything I needed.
    The perspective tool will be usefull for me to draw... Well, perspective. And I didn't knowed that Krita have a liquify tool. 😅

    • @Drawfishan
      @Drawfishan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In krita you have to put the layers, that you want to transform in a group then select the group and transform the layers. :)

    Every time I try to select one object it selects everything on one layer, how do I just move one thing, eg a circle?

    • @Drawfishan
      @Drawfishan  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Take a selection tool, make a selection around the area you want to select and then use transform tool.
