I am looking for the "invert saturation" tab in the artistic color selector. I don't see it in krita arttistic color wheel preferences 5.1.0. The reason i liked it was it is its easier to grab greys at the outer part of the color wheel.
It is still there. Go to the artistic color selector. There you will see a wheel like icon on the right, click on it and it will open up and at the bottom of that is the "inverts saturation" option. Hope this helps.
At the top right corner of Krita, there is an icon with three lines on it. Click it and all the workspaces of Krita will be shown, Animation workspace is also located in that drop-down menu.

i accidently clossed my advanced colors option now i dont know how to opend it?
