- In this LittleBigPlanet challenge video, I try to complete all of the story levels without pushing the left analogue stick in the left direction, needing to come up with other creative ways to overcome obstacles.
This has probably been one of my favourite videos to create, just because of how complex and interesting some of the solutions to the challenges were, and I hope that it's just as entertaining to see here.

@@thegamingprozone1941 I think you mean 'Sackboy: A Big Adventure'. Note that it's not named 'LittleBigPlanet', and for good reason. 'Sackboy: A Big Adventure' (Developed by Sumo Digital, who also developed 'LittleBigPlanet 3') uses the Sackboy IP and other LBP characters and art style, but it is mostly a 3D platformer.
It doesn't have the iconic create mode of the 'LittleBigPlanet' games. It has the costume feature, but lacks the ability to create levels. It's more comparable to games like the 3D Mario platformers.
That said, there is a lot of speculation about LBP4 possibly being in the works, maybe by Media Molecule (who are stopping the service on Dreams to instead focus on new projects) or Sumo Digital (which, IIRC, had a job listing a while back where they were looking for staff to work on a new game in an established IP). However, this could also be wishful thinking from a passionate community that longs for a proper return of Sackboy, particularly after eight-and-a-half years of waiting since the release of LBP3, plus the lingering grief of the LBP servers getting hacked.
As such these rumors of LBP4 may well be taken with a grain of salt, but it's always good to keep hoping.

I never thought I'd see anything about LBP1 be as popular as it is in this year. Seeing these iconic levels be cheesed in such ways is like seeing this game for the first time again!
This is the ideal challenge video. Tonnes of content, novel tech and skips throughout the video, no fluff, and a healthy dose of speedrun swag.
You should do some challenges for Sackboy’s prehistoric moves
Every video I watch of LBP 1 or 2 I get flashbanged with memories.
I always loved these types of challenge videos and with them being about my favorite childhood game as well I just can't get enough of your content! The editing, the strats, the commentary it's all just amazing. Excited to see what's in store next!

That’s what happens when you port a ps3 engine to ps4/5 though
For example on ps3 you don’t get that issue

I've just come across this channel today with your Least Score Bubble challenge, and I'm in love. LBP was such a huge part of my childhood, and seeing challenge runs of it fills me with so much joy you have no idea. Subbing once I make this comment, and I can't wait to see more!

Upon seeing this title my childhood just flashed before my eyes. Immediately I remember the pure challenge of “the islands” and specifically “the bunker” from “the tundra”. Getting an ace on that was a huge accomplishment for me, LBP was my first platinum

I’m now realizing that I don’t remember this game at all! I remember the King levels, the Jungle levels, and the Horror levels, but everything after that is completely unfamiliar to me. Maybe I should play through this game again, I still have LBP1 and 2 on PS3

little big planet 1 is probably my favorite game of all time, so seeing this be brought on my feed made me smile. i’ve seen videos like these before, but never really for lbp so this was interesting and fun to watch! a lot of skips i had no idea could be pulled off or existed until i watched this, super creative ways of twisting the boundaries of the controls and level designs. i love it

Another great video, though I always wonder how long it actually takes to make a video like this
I guess there are four main tasks I do to make these, which are recording gameplay, script writing, recording dialogue, and then editing, all of which take a few days each across multiple sessions, I usually take breaks throughout the whole thing as well which makes the total time vary a lot. I'd say a few weeks is a good generalisation though.

LBP1 is my fav of the series due to the more handcrafted look and focus on physics based movement, latter of which shows up pretty well in this video.

I know it’s not a big thing, but at parts like 1:13 you may want to put “Not challenge footage” on screen. Especially if the video gets bigger, there will always be some people who think you go back or are cheating, even though it’s obvious that you aren’t there.
Abusing the level geometry and game mechanics to maneuver through most of the game without pressing left is the type of creativity the LBP creators would likely very much approve of lol
