- The 2009-10 Suns team had one of the best seasons in Phoenix history. The team ended with a 54-28 record, however, their season was cut short in the Western Conference Finals as they lost to the Lakers in 6 games.

To be honest, Stat is considered an MVP candidate during his early years in New York. I watched him carry that franchise till Melo arrived.

@@casualfandestroyer2503 2010 is the last good season for them, they almost beat the lakers in that western conference finals. Artest just made that crazy putback basket plus kobe took over the next game. After that it went all downhill, Amare leave, Nash was traded the next few years. Traded some good players, Dragic was good for them but ya know Suns is suns. Booker and Ayton is the only bright spot for them.

Yeah that season was special. They were seen as slightly having fallen off. Dantoni and Marion were gone. Bringing Shaq was a mistake and they made that last impact here.
