Have you thought about moving to Playa Del Carmen? Join Eddie, real estate agent Susana MacDonald and David Jones in a TH-cam Live on Mar 13! Look at the description section above for deets.
Anyway you could provide me the details of this specific apartment? I’m moving to playa from the states next week
I love living in Querétaro, .Mexico at 79.
After this Video, I have decided to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Thanks !
thanks Calvin :) -- I wish i could be there right about now as I look out my window in NY and yet another impending winter storm!! enjoy the sunshine down there :)
I also moved to Playa del Carmen from New York! My three most recent videos on my channel are all about my time there. It's such a special place!
oh cool! will have to check them out :)
@@ModernAging Aw thank you! :)
Really enjoyed all the info given here . It gave me what I needed to know. Such a beautiful, balanced couple.
THANK YOU so much for this awesome and informative video!
Great info!
Really good
What area is this in del playa it looks so beautiful
in the northern part by Calle 38 :)
Really nice apartment! Eddie and Anastasiya did a good job describing living there. I still look at PDC as a great vacation spot, but for longer term living I have my eye on La Paz.
La Paz is really nice too!!
I live in PV currently however I am thinking of either La Paz or Playa del Carmen next....I rollerblade so PV is not the place for me-the cobblestone streets are intense on rollerblades!!
How much does the smelly seaweed in the region prove to be a deterrent to people wanting to visit and live there, i.e. in Playa, Cancun and Tulum?? Could you expand on the issue of the water for washing? What about cooking? How much water are you provided with in the tanks?
On the expensive side
what about the sargassum in playa del Carmen?
@Morden Aging: Can you please share info on the apartment featured in this episode. I am planning on moving to Playa Del Carmen and would like to see if that apartment is available for 3-6 months.
The problem is last year 1 us$ was @22-23pesos but now 1us$ is @16-17 pesos so basically last year 40k pesos was @1900 us$ but now same 40k pesos is @2500 us$ so the us and Canadian $ are the problem 😢😢😢
Lovely..what is the name of the building
What is the name of the building? Do they have one bedroom units?
I am wanting to know if you could connect with any Canadian Expats. I am highly considering retiring in Mexico, and would love for you to connect with any Canadians and get their views.
I am hosting a youtube live series - every sunday in march - mexico.thisismodernaging.com/ytlive2022
next sunday, 3/6 one of the panelists is an expat from Canada and moved to Cabo.
@@ModernAging , Excellent!! I will be attending🤗
Great question @Isabella! I too am Canadian and highly considering retiring in Mexico, I think the insight would be great. I was actually in PDC when this video was posted, it's so beautiful there. This is a great video by the way, really appreciate the tour and the insight from Eddie and Anastasia. They're a great couple.
you spoke so fast in the beginning it really takes away from there desire to want to watch this video. slow down. you’re shoving so much information in one breath. consolidate and slow down. that will help. ❤
Lets call them immigrants please, not expats :) thanks.
