Thanks to you I now have a better idea as I narrow down my options
I lived in hollywood and loved it. Great area. Cheers
So nice to join you on the walk of my old neighbourhood. Great breakdown of the options.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I have visited all these neighborhoods. They are all great.
Very cool walk-about!
luigi is so informative love your vids
You are standing smack-dab in front of unit with Menesse at the 10:18 mark! :) Great video!! Those are my 3 favorite neighborhoods when I'm there. (BTW I'm the crazy American that introduced myself to you and Monica outside of Ah Cacao when I was there last month). :)
Good video....after the Colossio gets built up Nicte Ha will be the next. It's not built up at all but the location is great. At the end of nicte Ha it ends with resort walls, Thats the end of playa proper.
Awesome video. Thanks
Excellent, accurate video amigo. PDC will be my next home. ATB from sunny Cancun! 😎
I enjoy watching your take on playa. Especially buying in the up and coming areas.
What about centro? Also at the end you can clearly see there is no beach left, so sad how bad the erosion has gotten.
How would you finance a home in Mexico?
Mexican peso is gaining against the dollar which inflates prices.i would wait a year or so to invest more in Mexico
Ide buy in Playacar if I could.
How easy is it to Airbnb it? Would I be hit with a lot of taxes and government regulation?
Beautiful town. Seems like for older or single people. How about family with kids. School or university? Does exist?
Go over financing for Americans
Hello, my husband and I are Canadian and would love to find a safe place to go to in Mexico. Can you tell us who to contact to help with this?
You're talking about gentrification as if it's a good thing 😅
Not many 3 bedroom options.
There are in certain developments, and they are extremely valuable for short-term rental ROI.
Way Overpriced
400k lol
Do you understand what gentrification means? It’s not a positive thing!
I agree the areas you point are good , But 38th street from 5th all way down to the beach it is not ??? You missed to point the best location in Playa buddy !!!
We agree! 38th street is right next to the Zazil-Ha area and is mentioned in the third part of the video. :)
