The Padres weren’t a scary team for the Dodgers. We do what we always do. Put the cart before the horse. 24 scoreless innings isn’t scary at all. It’s a 33 year playoff record.
@@kellystrange6824 My underachieving team is the Padres. We talk a big game but can’t win one. In order to be the best we have to beat the best. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@JB_2741 At age 32, the contract doesn’t look appealing but he is a 4 time All-Star, 2018 Champion and a big presence in that line up. If the Padres win one World Series title with him, it’ll be all worth it. ($280 million, 11-year contract through 2033) 😬
@@realtalkbaseball4625 hey appreciate the response! Very tough…as I don’t think many teams will take. Either way, no one is just going to take on the contract. Me personally I’d try to give the Red Sox a call and see if they’d get him. Pay off some of the contract and trade him for some minor leaguers.
Damn you know nothing about international signings. Roki is going to cost 5-7 million. He will not be getting a Yamamoto contract because he is too young.
Hey thanks for watching. Thanks for the info. If you watch one of our newer videos when we talk about Sasaki we mention that we were mistaken about how international contracts work and that all 30 teams will be in on Sasaki since his contract will be so cheap.
You guys called it. Losing Tanner Scott is a bigger blow right now than losing Musgrove. Priority should be keeping Scott to maintain an overwhelming bullpen, be Shohei Ohtani’s Kryptonite for the next several seasons and he’s great insurance for Robert Suarez who was very shaky at times late this year. Worth the financial investment and the risk losing a Profar or Higgy

Good to have RTB back for the post season! 😎
Baseball never stops for RTB 😉

Dumb. They make it to the promise land the first time in decades and you act like you know baseball and your usually underachieving team. 😅

That Xander contract was awful. They’ve got to restructure or force a trade
@@JB_2741 what team do you think would make sense to trade him to?

@@realtalkbaseball4625 I know. I’m pulling for him! But man.. we’re right there and need some starting pitching!
Trevor Story hasn’t really panned out for them so I wouldn’t count out a reunion.

Thanks for watching man. I’d love to see the Padres re sign Scott and go hard after Roki Sasaki.
Update, Dodgers are the favorites to sign Tanner Scott.
Roki Sasaki is not going to the Dodgers.
Where do you think he’s going?
