Easton has lost me over the years by not evolving to lighter gpi arrows for the Western hunter, that includes their inserts.
Victory is a much better and lighter shaft than the Easton IMO. They are actually lightweight while the sonic is just what I would consider an average weight. Not to mention the diameter
Bro….. you can’t say Easton and light weight in one sentence😂 7.2 gpi on a 400 compared to 5.9 gpi on a rip xv which is noting else than a 3DHV. It’s the best small diameter 3D arrow out there. And Easton hast NOTHING to put agaisnt it. I am sorry but Easton has gotten left behind in everything else than a x10. Abd even for an x10 there is a Skylon Paragon out there that costs a friction of the price of an x10 and groups just as good. Why does nobody shoot it? Because Skylon doesn’t sponsor anybody. It’s so sad but it’s the truth. Easton has to improve their technology by using high modulus carbon, getting much much lighter.
@@bigz5262 ever shot world archery 3d? Or IFAA 3d? We have a draw weight limit of 60 pounds. 90% of the shooters shooting 400spine with 100gr points. So my total arrow weight is 296gr. It’s fckn fast. 300 is too stiff and heavy. Bro i am not talking about hunting. The market is exploding with heavy and robust hunting arrows. But even then i would rather take a RIP TKO or a Goldtip arrow over an Easton arrow.
@@bigz5262 yes i have. The topic wasn’t hunting. It was lightweight arrow. I am using a lightweight target arrow. The 3DHV. It’s the same arrow than the RIP XV in the video but it comes with different components. Easton has no lightweight target arrow either. Neither im small nor large diameter.
I ordered a dozen Sonics and you guys did a great job and fast... ready for TAC

The only thing easton has going on for them is the made in usa stamp and sponsorships, hard to believe someone wearing an Easton shirt will be honest
Who is shooting a 400 spine?
