Brilliant resto! AWESOME!!! Parents had a new one back in `74. Best car ever! Loved the sound of the engine when revving her gently. That Holden `whistle` has never been replicated. The disc brakes were like footy boot sprigs stopping her in her tracks... and would just about send you through the windscreen! Similar to yours... the autumn gold was the finishing touch!!! Nice vid, but the best part for me was 4:52. That`s how a guy should pamper his beautiful lady!

I'm from the states and we don't see those cars except in movies very nice job on the restoration were any of those cars ever made in a 2 door model or were they all 4 door . The car reminds me of 3 different cars here 1 the Chevy Nova, the Oldsmobile Omega ,and the Pontiac Ventura not sure if what you have there may be a distant cousin anyway nice job.

Jade Riley Thank you for that information sounds like from what you're saying that these cars can be cousins to the GM cars here in the states I had mentioned I know for a fact of we had the 2 door here it would definitely be street rodded by now. Always nice seeing cars brought back to life no matter of its stock or modified.

Daniel Aguero. Yes this is a HQ model Holden, around 1972. It is a GM product and is probably closer to Pontiac than anything else. They came in several engine sizes. 6 cylinder 173 and 202 I think, plus 253, 308 and 350 ci. Later model Holdens used the v6 Buick motor.

Boss Dog Thank You it's always interesting to know about other automobiles I'm one of those people that as long as the car is good looking I don't care where it's from I just love cars.

Boss Dog after you mentioned that it was closer to the Pontiac I see some of the Lemans style in the quarter panels
