    I like how you use color to overlay the particular body parts to label which ones are primarily affected with the exercise, as I think it helps to have that image in the minds eye to better perform the movement! I would say, that is the 'teacher' coming out in you! :)

    Excellent production. The best ive seen on youtube yet. Straight to the point, tells you exactly what you are working, how heavy, how much reps and sets. Camera angles are great as well. Great work, I'll be subscribing for sure!

    I challenge you Mr. Boselli: Try this tabata, 40 sec high intensity , 20 sec low intensity:
    Weighted burpee (dumbells) -> curl, military press, repeat (1 set)
    Kettlebell swings (1 set)
    Floor sliders (feet on sliders, legs straight) then bring feet under chest as far as you can, slide back (1 set)
    Repeat 3-5 times! With everyone on here wanting things to follow at home, this would be great to see! Thanks for your awesome videos!

    AMAZING WORK! Just 1 request! can you please make a video on how one can achieve a physique similar to yours? like the type of exercises, diet, fat burning exercises, heck even the most efficient weights to stimulate muscle growth while not getting too bulky! if you do this, it would mean the entire world to me!!!!!!
