Love that you're showing the exercises without talking! Love the filming and best of all, these exercises really work. Many thanks and best wishes from Austria 🇦🇹
Nice work, nice video ! Very practice for all the people like me who don't speak very well english, i can't understand when a youtuber speak so speed in english but with just information write this is clear and easy to understand so thanks ! 🇨🇵
LOVED this! Love seeing exactly what muscles I'm targeting when doing some of these moves and also got a few new exercise moves to try from watching! Thanks! Great channel and keep up the good work 😊
This is my first time discovering such fitness guide who not only shows the proper way but also shows the movements step by step with full knowledge. ..thank you...
Shoulder Press behind should be cut from everyone's workout routine due to unavoidable damage to rotator cuff. However, it is possible for upright row to be performed with dumbells and proper form without causing damage
I get bored with unnecessary conversations in videos. No boring conversations. The movements are very descriptive and the quick presentation is very nice. Thanks🖐
The video of the muscle movements and the key excercises is why I come here. The sets and reps are mild. I guess to fit everyone. So incorporate each video into a day where I go to failure on each set. Results are astonishing
Great Video!! Straight to the point on showing what muscle groups are being work during each exercise. Very informative and not a lot of unnecessary talking... keep sharing great videos like theses.
Hey Pietro I just discovered your videos, I like how they highlight which muscles are being targeted and the little tips in regards to proper technique. I've been trying to workout more but I just haven't had much progress and I'm realizing I've been doing things wrong and I think you vids will help me improve greatly.
Primer video en el que se exactamente qué carajos estaré trabajando, muy bien explicado. First video what exactly know what I am going to work, well explained. Thanks
¡Felicitaciones!, justo lo que uno busca, conocer qué ejercicio ejercita qué músculo, además con excelentes efectos visuales. Solo sugeriría que indicaran el músculo principal entrenado o músculo de enfoque. Saludos desde México.
@@will-wowdk1930 - when performing the upright row, you are forcing your shoulder joint not only into internal rotation, but you are combining it with elevation. This does not anatomically sit well or rank as a safe motion. The only way around this is to stop using a barbell, and switch to a dumbbell and perform a high pull. I'm quoting Jeff Cavalier, but check out his video on "world's more dangerous exercises". He explains the anatomy really well. Unfortunately, I watched his video after I jacked up my shoulder.
BLTNBROS i dont want to contradict myself, but i can’t show you anything very scientifical about this, however athlean-x who is a very experienced and respected guy in the industry and many other guys say that this exercise is dangerous and should be replaced with anything else that targets the shoulders
@@adriankovacs4133 I do some Olympic Weightlifting, just a novice, but they do have behind the neck push press in the program. It's safe if you have adequate mobility and posture, and not pushing yourself too hard. Also most movements in the Oly lift involve some degree of internal rotation
Bằng Đinh Kim well i have heard way too many times that behind the neck press is bad for spine and shoulders.Just wanted to warn some people, but everyone can do what they want ofc
@@adriankovacs4133 what you said can't be more true. The majority of the population aren't going to benefit from this exercise. But with proper load, mobility and form, behind the neck press is a great tool for Olympic Weightlifters / Crossfiters
Shoulder/Arnold Press(dumbbell)-> 4*15 Shoulder Press(barbell)-> 0:30-> heavy weight-> 3-4*6-10-> touch colar bone Shoulder Press (back) -> 1:03-> mid-heavy weight-> 3-4*8-10-> bottom of the neck Laternal Raises-> 2:10-> mid-heavy weight-> 4*10-> do not bend body, hand straight Front Raises-> 2:45-> arm straight, heavy weight-> 4*6-10
why behind the head press which is not safer for shoulder (high chance of causing shoulder impingement) and same joint movement and muscle function as anterior version. 2.why upright row when it leads to shoulder internal rotation/heavy stress on subscapularis along with lateral abduction? it's banned all around because of the risk involved. lateral raises and upright row gives same joint movement and muscle action. why this workout??
Thanks for these videos Pietro, they have revealed a few holes in my training sessions and exercises which I now know how to correct thanks to these fine videos. Great Stuff!
Very nice. Proper form is always nice too see. I once screwed up my shoulder by pushing too hard. It was a slight decline towards the back while sitting down doing shoulder press using dumb bells using heavy loads. There's also cables that one can use for lateral raises if you prefer.
This guy is almost perfect! His face is so angelic plus his body is devilishly sexy. This is beyond infinity. Sorry for this kind of reaction but I can't lie.
guys believe me, women get attracted to looks but they don't love like us men do with eyes, they love with ears, important to keep it in mind because paying too much attention to looks we lack character charisma,do not make this mistake

Don't take my comment personally when there's a possibility you're not really that good looking yourself coz obviously my initial comment wasn't directed at u..stop being salty and negative, then maybe you'll lead a happier life...

Somehow studying anatomy doesn't seem so hard anymore! Thank you so much❤️
I love your Exercise Anatomy sessions. I have learned so much and thank you for the great tips and how to's. Best work out channel on TH-cam.
Bro shoulder press behind the neck and upright row exercise is banned and u r still doing
Himanshu Trainer agreed. Not a fan of those 2 either
Why it was banned?
Due to damage our rotator cuff muscle
Himanshu Trainer With improper form. If done properly with lower weight it does not compromise your rotator cuff.
Shoulder Press behind should be cut from everyone's workout routine due to unavoidable damage to rotator cuff. However, it is possible for upright row to be performed with dumbells and proper form without causing damage

yup the anatomy component is cool.thanks for sharing your knowledge to us Mr.Pietro.You are such an inspiration.
As a person with a shoulder injury this makes me cringe watching.
I had impingement and ACJ - had keyhole 6 months later lifting more than ever - it’s fixable
@Daily Entertainment Adz at which time and which exercises are bad? in this video

Not trying to sound like a hater or anything, but behind the neck shouldpress does do harm to you spine over time. So watch out for that folks.

It is still not clear to everyone that the slow behind the rear deltoid does not work at all, since it is an external rotor and shoulder extender
Absolutely amazing. It's really helpful considering I am finally starting with weight training. Thank you!
