I didn’t know anything about winter arc But I started with my goals today which I have been delaying for like years. But I have dedicated myself to be consistent.
1:Read one chapter of the Bible daily. 2. Stretch for 5 minutes. 3.Read for 30 minutes a day instead of scrolling social media. 4.Be in bed by 8:30 5.Hydrate before drinking coffee. Thank you Maya for making this video. I’m a first year teacher who often struggles with putting myself first before others. Learning that rest makes me a better human and teacher!
Awww I feel you 🥺 teaching is a profession that requires so much of our heart and soul! Start today and start a plan of what stretching routines or videos you plan to do :) and I put a time limit on my social media apps to help!! Hehe. Get after it ❤
I decided to take on yours but make them a tad different. 1. Making sure I eat breakfast (I have been skipping meals lately and sometimes not eating due to work and stress so just eating breakfast is a start to some structure hopefully) 2. Drink a gallon of water a day 3. Sit down and look over my finances and come up with a plan to do better with spending and saving, especially in the upcoming year. 4. Spend time with God in the morning as soon as I am awake. Read the Bible, sit in silence and just be with Him...etc... (Again, I have stopped doing that in the chaos of life and I need God in my life again) 5. At least 30 minutes of dance practice a day.

I kinda started this a little while ago because I felt lead- idk.. but here are mine: - drink ONLY water (I’ve also been drinking OJ) - no more chocolate (breaks my face out anyways) - I’m going to read 1 chapter of the Bible each night - I’m going to read 1 chapter of “Trusting God” each night (thanks for the suggestion because I’m loving it so far) - I’m going to get my book for AP Lit read during my trip coming up - I also want to exercise but I don’t have a plan for that yet because I’m not going to gym.. already wasted a years subscription on that
1. Drink 60 oz of water a day 2. Workout at least three times a week 3. Read or listen to a self improvement podcast for at least 10 minutes a day 4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep 5. Prioritize high protein meals with clean ingredients (and don't order takeout for the whole month)
These are my own goals right now. I’m not sure about the two other goals I’ll have 1. Read 2 chapters of the Bible everyday. (Preferably in the morning) 2. 40 minutes of stairmaster per week. 3. Going to the gym 3 days a week.
Hi Maya! One of my goals recently has been to work on my physical health. Breakfast has also been a hard meal to be intentional about because the morning can be so rushed. What recipes have you found to be high protein?
I started in mid October. Some things I started to really focus on were 1. Making healthy breakfast meals 2. Waking up early in order to get more things done like a good breakfast ☝️ & not having to rush in the mornings. 3. More movement, getting my body some much needed exercise, trying new forms of exercise like yoga. 4. Getting comfortable with showing and sharing my emotions. You know that mental health is important too :) 5. Knowing & learning more on how to manage my finances Good luck everyone we got this!!! Stay consistent!!!!
