Those Loop earplugs are great! I bought some when I was living in rural Tennessee, one block over from the local fair grounds, where they hosted VERY loud "tractor pull" events every Saturday night until midnight or later. They were the only things that allowed me to sleep!
All depends. Waking up at any time in the morning to go to work will always be one of the hardest things to do in life, very difficult. Waking up at 5am if say you don't have to go to work til 8or 9am just to get some things done, extremely difficult. Waking up at 5am and not having t o work but to do whatever you want, easy peasy. 😄
I feel like coming back to school after Christmas break and then I got sick both have completely thrown off my routine. So I really enjoyed this video. It’s a perfect encouragement at just the right time as always.😁 as for the journal prompt I feel like I have been journaling consistently which I’m hoping will have a positive effect of my mental health as well as studying Japanese.
